The website was not transparent with the sink we purchased. It is a rounded bottom sink. They only show the measurements for the top of the sink before and after mounting. If it indicated, rather warned, that those corners are so overly rounded, and we would lose 3.5 inches in length and depth, by showing those bottom measurements as well, we would not have bought it. Our old rounded sink did not remove even half that much space. It is a very shocking loss. Another thing is that this sink's poor quality needs TLC. You cannot use regular Comet or Ajax and a regular scouring pad to clean it. You have to buy something similar and use a microfiber towel which is at least 10x the price. Ajax costs 99 cents and this set costs $15. Lastly, it became full of scratches from just one use of the same scouring pad that I used on the old sink, and from washing pans inside the sink. You cannot lean the pan in the sink. Needless to say, it is an extremely total disappointment in every sense. I complained about the whole thing and the supervisor was nice, but not realistic nor truly compensating in any way for the misleading description of the sink on the website. It ruined our kitchen and kitchen use in a very big way. The compensation involving replacing the sink under the new granite was completely impractical and costly.

I'm so obsessed with my new faucet! I purchased the touch faucet from their website (750) and not only did I get it super fast, I also installed it myself! It is such a luxury at a great price! I have always wanted a touch faucet, and finally Allora USA has delivered with a great product at an affordable rate! Highly recommend!

I had a problem with my spray head on my kitchen sink. Allora has a lifetime warranty. Derek, the warehouse manager, said I could stop by. He took great care of me and my problem. Got a new spray head and it works great.

We remodeled our kitchen in 2013, and as part of the remodeling we bought a new Allora faucet. It looked sleek and worked great. Since then, I have had two interactions with Allora customer service. Most recently, in December 2023, Derek, who works at Allora's headquarters in Sterling VA, quickly and professionally helped me. He was patient and knowledgeable, and explained how to remove my existing spray head (the rocker switch had worn out and was not functioning properly; removing it was easy -- just unscrewed). He then replaced the spray head at no charge, which I easily installed. It was super easy, and he and the other staff were extremely responsive. Previously, in 2019, Mustafa helped me in a superb way as well. At the time, a plumber had completely misdiagnosed a problem I was having. At first, I was a little skeptical that Mustafa knew better. But he absolutely did. Mustafa got me a new faucet and encouraged me to install it myself, which turned out was easy. I even got my money back from the service call from the bad plumber!

Customer service gets short shrift in many companies. Not Allora. There was no punching multiple buttons on the phone to get me to the right office, there was no 10-15 minute hold time, there was no clueless person on the other end. The staff answered the phone promptly and they were professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely buy Allora again.

I ordered a replacement hose for my Allora kitchen faucet. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that one of the ends was not the same size as my old hose. I sent an email to Allora with a picture of the end, and they quickly sent me the correct replacement hose with no questions asked. Now that's superior customer service. Thank you Allora!

For a company that is supposed to have quality products after 6 months of installing a faucet it began to leak. After reaching out to customer service they had to tighten a hose. Since then my faucet has continued to leak. I reached back out to the company they want me to come pick up a cartridge and replace it myself. What good is having a warranty with good of them being so wonderful at their products that I'm always have to do all the repairs?

I warned them that this was not good customer service that I will more than likely post this information all over social media. They really do not care. I'm beginning to think no no company believes in customer service anymore. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer whatever happened to having quality products?
