I would like to start that my review is biased and will explain why.
This place practically saved me since 3 months ago when I stayed here for I believe it was 3-4 days I was practically dying from either travelers sickness or a bug I caught from my trip. Prior to staying I drove from North Dakota to Columbus, Georgia. With the minimum needed rest and by the time I was returning to north dakota which was at this leg of my trip that I kept stopping at every single hotel/motel between Memphis, Tennessee. To get rest with every single rest stop stating they are full. This hotel was the first and only one that allowed me to rest. I was about to ask the receptionist to contact an ambulance to take me to the nearest hospital if I knew where I even was at this point of getting sick.

Well to end this I would like to thank the receptionists for practically saving me life from either getting into a car accident from exhaustion or sickness.

Ordered 2 mc doubles only ketchup and onions and extra onions and asked to please give me fresh cooked fries sandwiches had only ketchup and fries were so cold very disappointed

Location is good right off of I55.
Service not so good. I never got access to lobby. Nobody there early AM. Rooms clean but simple. Lots of bugs outside, some mosquitoes inside. Woman attendant not very helpful, no smiles. I would consider another motel next time.

We chose this motel while on the road. The price point and included breakfast was the deciding factor. The picture on their website along with a write-up was quite misleading. Once getting to our room the first thing we noticed was quite an offensive smell. We immediately left and went out to pick up a can of air freshener. The date of showers seemed clean. but we're very nasty-looking. The beds were clean and comfortable ones getting settled in. There are too many negatives to talk about the breakfast, so I suggest for getting it and going next door to the McDonald's. I truly wish that I could say this was a good place to stay, but need to be truthful.

Sure the Wi Fi is free because you can't get connected to it with a laptop. That is why we demanded a refund and left. But, there were other signs of being a bad place to stay. The dead bolt lock on the door DID NOT work, heater sounded like a truck in the room when it came on, and lamp shade was nasty with I don't know what. All the elec outlets were overloaded. Mold or dirt in bathroom. We were only there about 30 minutes. When I asked for a refund and explained the problem the Manager said Wi Fi wasn't his fault and didn't want to refund cost. But immediately changed his mind when I told him I would let the police decide the issue when they arrived because I was definitely going to call them while standing in his lobby.

Room was comfortable and neat. Decor was nicer than the pictures. Bathroom was too small to close the door, which barely cleared the toilet and tub/shower. The only problem was that they had barely dug out from a snowstorm three days before, and it was difficult getting traction to get in and out of the property.

It was tough to figure out how to rate this hotel. I saw some reviews were for the old name M something. Anyway I write them as I see them. I didn't think this place looked great but it was late and I need a bed. It was about 55 for the night so I booked a room. It was fairly clean. The bed was clean and comfy. Shower worked well. Smelled ok in the room. They had a free very basic breakfast. Thus I had to give this place a 4 out of 5. For the money it was decent. Not a 5 star hotel but I didn't pay 5 star price just to sleep either.
