Delicious Dinner tonight! Not crowed, food was great, waitress was the best! Great place for date night or a girls night. They have a pool table as well. Also, have a great $10 drink menu. Will be back.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars but the cook was really having an off night. Our appetizer of Philly fries was great. My drink, caramel spiced cider was amazing. But our steaks were wrong.
3 of us, all ordered medium rare. My husband didn’t ever get what he ordered, a KC strip. The cook messed it up twice and our servicer wouldn’t bring it out. When she did bring it out and after the owner spoke with the cook, the steak was still wrong. This time it was well done. My and my brothers ribeyes were perfect on one half but raw on the other. Our servicer, heather was great. I would come back here again but I won’t be ordering a steak again.

I was hesitant to try the District; I had heard some rough things when they first opened, but I am so glad that I gave them a chance! Whatever problems they may have had when they opened are far behind them, the food and service are now EXCELLENT! It is amazing to have good food, with great service, inside of such a historically significant building. They have done a wonderful job of renovating the space while staying true to it's original character. On top of all that, I will say that they may have the best boiled shrimp in Cass County.

My mom and I ate here for a quick dinner last Wednesday and we were so glad we tried it! Our waitress Nonnie, was fantastic, so friendly and very attentive. My mom got the wildcat burger with beer cheese for her fries, she loved it. I got the Wednesday special, the fettuccine Alfredo for $7, all pastas are $7 on Wednesday. It was pretty good. But the real star was the cheesecake, biggest slice of the creamiest cheesecake we’ve ever had, delicious!!! The owner also stopped by our table to talk to us, and again, super nice, very kind. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing. Carolyn and the crew were fantastic, the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was really cool. They were able to accommodate a birthday party of 20 for us and I feel like they pulled out all the stops! Thank you guys for a wonderful birthday!

We're passing through but we were looking for a nice independently owned bar & grill. The first one we thought we'd try looked ... not great. We settled on this one, and as soon as we got closer, seeing all the vehicles outside, I said, "Yup, this is what I want to see." The staff was amazing, we chatted with the owner who was so kind & just an amazing person. Food was dynamite!! Wildcat burger was cooked perfectly, fries were perfect. My fiance got a steak and mashed potatoes - usually we're the only ones who can cook a steak to our liking, but we were pleasantly surprised! Everything was sooooo tasty! I wish we had this place close to our regular stomping ground! If we're ever in the area again, we'll be back! Fantastic chocolate cake shots, too!

I was in Harrisonville, MO for business, and was told by word of mouth that the District was close by. I stopped in for an early dinner and was greeted by a jovial hostess, and since it was just me I asked to sit at the bar. As I sat down, the bartender immediately poured me a glass of ice water. I ordered some wine and some wine and dinner, which was delivered promptly. I had the KC Strip and baked potato. The steak was fantastic, made to order, and I was told by the owner came form a local farm. The baked potato was fresh out of the over cooked to perfection and NOT dry and crumbly. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had a tight schedule. The place look a like it has some great night life.

Came here for New Years Eve dinner special. They gave a huge cut of quality ribeye for the price! It was perfectly cooked, and had a great flavor. Green beans had great seasoning, and potatoes were delicious. Service was top-notch, and it was a great dining experience all around. Husband thought it was one of the best steaks he's had in awhile. We are definitely coming back to try the seafood.
