Habitaciones muy limpias, cómodas y bien equipadas, con un ambiente muy agradable, buena presentación. El costo no es barato pero tampoco llega a lo caro, podría decirse que es un precio justo por la calidad del servicio. Además tienen habitaciones de diferentes precios.

You'd think with the reviews they've gotten lately they would have addressed them. However, that is not the case. Toilet size is one you would find in a preschool, the bed is hard as a rock, you can't even get a box of Kleenex, and the place was not clean at all. I had to change rooms because of the filth in the first room I was assigned. I demanded a move to a cleaner room, which was only slightly cleaner. Apparently from the sounds of it, they have one housekeeper and they didn't show up today. So if the entire hotel is incumbent upon one person to clean it, that's just ridiculous and it's no wonder the place is nasty. They need more staffing and they need to make sure they're properly trained including the new guy at the front desk and they need to clean and freshen this place up. The linens look sad and tired and my sheet was ripped in several places. My colleagues had similar issues with their rooms. I'm guessing because they're one of the only couple of hotels in town they can just blow people off because there's not a lot of choice. I expect a lot more from a Best Western! I want a refund!

Everything was great and clean. Sandra, in housekeeping went out of her way to make my stay the best it could be. The guys at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to all of the employees. The breakfast was good and hot as well. Everyone there made my stay so much better

This is the dirtiest and falling apart hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room beds, had been slept in and bathroom not cleaned. Moved to a new room and it was worse. I cleaned the bathroom so we could use it. The toilet had poop, blood and hair all over it. Bathroom mirror and faucets were covered in spit and toothpaste. Bathroom floors were filthy. We found a joint in the draw and a full bag of garbage. When we thought it couldn't get worse, I kept feeling a lot of cold air coming from the air conditioner/heater. Turns out there was a large hole/gap. I could look out into the parking lot. It's the only real hotel in the town so we had no choice but to stick it out. Never again!!

Friendly welcome...Mr. Greg was pleasant and professional. The lobby was clean and looked very new. ||The two rooms that we rented were dirty...Carpet, toilet, bathtub, etc...|There are few options in the area. This place will do in a pinch.
