We used Grand River Hall for our wedding. The place was so beautiful with a bit of a rustic vibe. The rooftop is gorgeous to do photos. Theres also a park close by thats beautiful to do pictures. Holly was who I originally talked to when inquiring about this place. She was super helpful and informative about the venue. This venue has some amazing things with it like tables, chairs and table cloths. They do the setting up and tearing down with the package we went with. So we didn't have to rent outside of there and set it up ourselves or pay someone extra to do it. They also have a lot of little props, signs, and decorations you are able to rent out. Which they also do the setting up and tearing down. We met up with Kortney a few weeks before the wedding to go over how we wanted the tables arranged and drink packages. Also you get to choose your own catering so we weren't forced to go with typical wedding food. The venue also had a day of coordinator who was amazing and helpful throughout the whole day. I think the only thing about this place that I didn't like was the elevator. It was a super cool industrial elevator but it meant someone had to operate it all the time and sometimes people would wait downstairs and have no idea if someone was coming or not. But compared to everything else this place was so amazing and the price was SO good for what was included. The staff there was super helpful and nice to work with.

I got married at Grand River Hall earlier this month and it was nothing short of PERFECT!!! The staff was kind and accommodating, the space was perfect and offered everything we possibly needed and more, and our guests haven’t stopped raving about it!! Cortney was SO wonderful and thorough and made our day so much more bright and beautiful. We can’t thank them enough for everything!! Absolutely would recommend Grand River Hall to a friend!

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Grand River Hall as a venue and of it's staff. I worked directly with Holly, who was always quick and happy to answer any questions I had. Our day-of coordinator went out of her way to make sure everything ran super smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing! The venue itself was so beautiful, had wonderful photo opportunities, and was plenty of room for 150 guests. The rooftop was excellent for photos and our guests really enjoyed being able to spend time up there. The only thing I wish the venue had was a bridal suite!

We went to a wedding at Grand River Hall and it was absolutely perfect! Cortney and Holly went above and beyond to help coordinate all aspects of the wedding to make sure it ran smooth and accommodated all needs. Brooke was also wonderful! Highly recommend this place and lovely staff along with it!

I’ve been to several wedding and events here previously and my wedding is booked for later this year!! We have had a few walk throughs and sit downs with the awesome ladies that own and manage the place and cannot wait for our big day to get here. The timeless architectural features of the building need very little decorations to bring the perfect elegance for our wedding day. Watching weddings I’ve been to here I can see they have a clear system that keeps the day moving perfect and everyone walks away in complete bliss at the end of the night 🥰 I go in a couple weeks to do my room layout and make all the final plans from where each table goes down to each minute of the schedule (up to the free for all dance party at least! lol) so I know I’ll have my perfect stress free day. So glad I chose this venue to work with as they have been like family towards us and always just a call or text away when I think of a question.

Holly & Shelly are nothing short of spectacular. I recently got married and had my reception at GRH. From the beginning they were welcoming and helped me with everything. Even though it was my wedding, it didn't feel like it. They took care of EVERYTHING during the reception so I was truly able to enjoy it. They kept in touch during my whole planning process and were quick to respond to emails. I was able to set up early and they opened up the area so I was able to get ready there in the morning and take pictures. All night long I received compliments on how amazing their venue looked and how great of a job they did remodeling the area. I highly recommend GRH to anyone looking for a venue for their event. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough how happy I am with this Venue. Holly and Shelly are so easy and fun to work with! The venue is GORGEOUS and I didn’t even need much decor because the venue speaks for itself. They have a GORGEOUS bridal suite that had a bathroom, changing room, and space for hair/ makeup. The price is SO reasonable. Both Holly & Shelly respond in a reasonable amount of time and I felt they were very accommodating. I 100% recommend!
