The bowling balls are trash the bowling shoes are trash the ladies bathroom was dirty no tissue in any of the stalls they need to update the seats or fix them the service was ok cost was ok

So behind the times. Needs a lot of updating. I haven't been to a bowling alley in years that didn't allow you to add names. They are one step up from the paper version.. It's a obvious no for this place.

Absolutely terrible place to bowl the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful the girl was not interested in helping and answering questions with attitude. Giving misinformation according to the guy in picture he had a very rude tone and spoke with “you are stupid” tone. I asked about prices and shoe rentals if they had information brochure he bluntly said ... possibly online.... “he called me a rude and angry person” wow. All I asked was for information because it was my first time there and for any deals.... I got frustrated with the service I was getting ... they lost future customers... to finish off I was waiting for my mother in law to come out of the restroom. She girl did not see me she came out from the back and said “OMFG are they gone yet” but then quickly realized I was still there the guy said “not yet but they about to be”. Wow....

First time at Oak Forest bowl. I had a double burger which was good. Not overly cooked. I went to see M and R Rush with some friends. Nice venue!
