The worst. Staff is rude. Overpriced. My son had a birthday party in 100 degree weather, they had no ac and no heads up. I was charged for every single water, even though it was a HEALTH RISK. We had a party of 13 boys who were laying in the floor to cool down. They didn’t even want to jump because they were so hot. Water should have absolutely been provided. Or a heads up to let us know there was no ac so we could plan accordingly.
Fast forward to today, 1-1-25, I paid Online. Saw there was a discount of 25%. Paid for what I though was the discount, get the soar and find out, they don’t offer the discount online, even though that’s where I saw the 25% off. My kids were wearing urban air socks so they were told to leave and go buy “soar socks”. Fine. Since I’ve already overpaid to be here I was hoping they would let us have the 2 pairs of socks so we weren’t out even more money. Of course that was a no. I’ve been to other trampoline parks and never had an issue. This particular trampoline park is not one I would recommend to anyone. There is plenty more to do in the Joplin area for our kids.

This place used to be really nice. Sadly the owners have let it go downhill. The foam blocks are falling apart, a lot of them they absolutely need to be replaced. The supervision of the place is very little if any. When you walk in to do a waiver, only one or two tablets actually work. The waiver takes a long time to go through especially if you bring a group. You are limited to 6 kids per waiver so birthdays here are a mega pain to get through the waiver process. The ninja course has never been oiled and the foam stuffing in the bags is beyond bad. The spinning thing in the middle used to be fun, but I haven’t seen it running in over a year now. They should honestly just get rid of it. The owners were very active in the day to day operation early in soars life. However, now they are never seen. It’s mostly just teenagers working there now.

If this place was cleaned up a bit, foam replaced, and broken equipment repaired, it would be great again.

The staff also needs to get involved again. Now they just stand around looking bored. They used to referee dodgeball games, stop unruly behavior and make sure kids were being safe.

I hope to see this place return to its former glory before it’s too late. Every trampoline park we have been to before soar has met the fate of closing down because the owners quit caring about the business and its customers.

They have toddler time every Saturday from 9-11 (I think Wednesday, too). The price is great then, the staff is all teenagers, not the friendliest. They seem to at least try and fix damages, have seen exposed springs and plywood before, though. Overall, it's a pretty cool place, though.

I wouldn't recommend having a birthday party here. Bunch of kids trying to run this place and it's a joke. Ordered three pizzas for our party and they took it upon themselves to order four extra pizzas and now they want us to pay for them. It was a mistake on their part but they refused to not charge. Beware of their little scam. We will never have a birthday party here again nor recommend anybody to.

Used to be fun before they let so many people in at once. There were 14 birthday parties today is what one birthday host said and I don’t think they were exaggerating. Lines were really long for everything

I took 4 kids all under age 12 and paid for 3 pairs of socks and an hr of jump time for all 4 kids which came almost $60. 15-20 mins into the kids jumping, 2 of them said they were unable to do the obstacle because it cost an extra $1 (insert initial eye roll here) as I have no cash on hand and paid with card. Noone told me when checking in there were add on costs that I could have paid for at that time. A few moments later the only one I did not buy socks for came with an employee to inform me she HAS to have SOAR socks and they can't be from sky zone. I responded with I thought the socks were to be worn for safety and the young man just responded sorry it's policy. So, I say this to say Soar shame on you for making it about yourself and not just the safety of the kids. So I had to run my debit card for another 2.50 just so she can jump. It's not like I was trying to not pay at all I already bought 3 pairs so for u to single the only child I did not buy socks for because they didn't have your name is crap!

These people were very rude!! There were 5 high school-aged children running the place and kept staring at my children and watching them all around the facility!! They then kicked my kids out of the facility with 30 minutes left of the jump time and refused to give any refund......and accused them of stealing a drink that one the workers took possession of and was never opened!!! Then, when asked to speak to a manager, one of the high schoolers said they were the manager. When I said I didn't believe that she was a manager she then proceeded to call somebody for me to talk to on the phone!!! Very unprofessional service and the whole situation should have been handled differently. If they were accused of stealing why were the police not called....oh because you were wrong with the attitude from the time we walked in and they knew my kids didn't steal!! I have had a terrible experience everytime I have come to this facility and this was the very last chance. As expensive as this place is for my kids to jump they really need to have better customer service all around!! I would not recommend this place to anybody that I know!!! Terrible everytime, no more chances!!!!
