I have only been through 3 classes so i am very new. There is a great atmosphere with no sales pressure. I like the fact that not only the instructors but the others in the class are willing to help with someone who is at a zero experience level.

I have been going there for a week now and I always felt very welcomed. I am taking their jiu-jitsu classes. During those classes, I never felt uncomfortable being there, and coaches are very knowledgeable. When it comes to paying for the course, they were very flexible and will to work with you to fine the best option.

Haanpaa is a GREAT place to train Jiu Jitsu. Darby and his team do a good job of providing clear instruction, a fun environment and the challenge to grow in martial arts! I go with 2 of my boys and I love the discipline it instills in them as well as the physical training that Jiu Jitsu provides! I highly recommend.

I had billing issues here. I guess it’s a good place for those who already are into this type of thing. Though if just trying it out. Just be careful on the billing side of this business. I personally had a bad experience with billing issues. Basically, I tried it out and then I put on pause for awhile because I got too busy to do the classes. Then the pause came off and I asked for the membership to be canceled. I was told that they would cancel the membership for me and I would no longer be billed. That was not the case. They told me in April that they would cancel my membership and not be charged. Though every month since then they have charged me for the membership. It’s just been a big inconvenience for me. Just wanted people to be aware of that issue.

My sons first week of little ninjas was awesome to watch, the coaches and little helpers are amazing with the little kids. I can’t wait to watch my son grow into this sport! Thank you everyone at HMA!!
