took a class with Don and it was a great class with a great instructor! he’s very knowledgeable! all the employees seem to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. if you are looking to just get some range time or take a class i highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to Range USA. What a great experience. Sal and Bob couldn't have been any more helpful and understanding of my situation. In times when guns shops/ ranges can be somewhat cold in nature and not the most friendly, Range USA is huge step above. I'll definitely be back. Kepp up the great work fellas.

The CCL class taught by Don was informative, educational and enjoyable. We had plenty of actual time in the range to practice both days before our testing. What I thought might be a very boring and stressful weekend was quite the opposite. I highly recommend this class . I walked away with so much more knowledge

5 Stars across the board! Every employee I have worked with has been so kind and helpful. They immediately make me feel less intimidated and like I can belong here. I recently took the Concealed Carry Class with Don and he made what I was expecting to be a long, dry weekend SO HANDS ON and engaging! I can honestly say it was fun and I learned SO much! These guys truly go above and beyond! I have recommended the classes and store in general to so many people and I won't stop any time soon! Keep up the good work!

If you’re new to firearms, take Don’s basic handgun class. I feel like it was well worth my time and money, and feel a lot more confident and knowledgeable after taking the class. First time shooting, definitely learned a lot.

This place is great. Everyone here is friendly, informative, and helpful. Specifically I would like to acknowledge Samuel S. I am currently in an Illinois weapons training course and I am required to shoot with a specific brand of firearm of which I have no experience with. I came into Range USA yesterday to practice more since I wasn’t pleased with my initial scoring. While I was shooting, Samuel S. was present in the range area monitoring. He noticed what I was doing wrong and offered me advice and guidance as well as demonstration. I began to improve. He even offered for me to come back later to practice further. I did. He gave me more pointers and encouragement. Today to took the course again and thanks to the assistance he provided, I successfully passed. Knowing that someone is not only knowledgeable but possesses the ability to teach is great. Samuel S is great and I am very appreciative of his guidance and skill set. Thanks so much!

I came to this establishment even though I have another range/firearm store closer to me (Mega Sports in Plainfield). Unfortunately, my experience was so bad at Mega Sports that I decided to search further away when I was ready to purchase another firearm and that's when I found Range USA; I'm so glad I did!
Upon entering Range USA, I quickly glanced around and saw what I had in mind to purchase- a shotgun.
There's a nice selection here and I was given a few minutes to look around before I was approached by a friendly sales associate, Raul O.
Raul was polite and professional.
He answered all of my questions and I'm very happy with my purchase!
I will absolutely return and gladly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a good, friendly gun range.

I've had all good interactions at this place until my latest. I purchased two firearms within a 21/2 week period. 1st transaction I provided documentation that the sales associate printed because I recently moved and background check was approved. My 2nd transaction, I explained the previous situation, and the manager got involved. I explained what occurred in my 1st transaction, and immediately, the manager escalated the situation and was very rude saying he didn't care about the 1st transaction and completely belittled me. I was uncomfortable, and even the sales associate felt the tension. It was completely unwarranted as I was just explaining what had occurred before. I would not expect that behavior from a manager of a gun store.
