After years of dealing with bad boxes. Now it’s not being able to get a hold of someone on a Saturday. When I finally did get a hold of someone. That person did not know of any issues even though my entire neighborhood after a storm was out of internet and cable .. the only answer was might be today might be tomorrow,. Customer service does not reflect their high price. If l had any other option in Sherman I’d take it

I wanted to edit this, as l am a person that will give credit where credit is due. The phone service person from late Saturday the 21st and the phone tech from Sunday the 22nd more than made up for my previous experience. They had accurate and helpful information. Also the field fiber optics team worked their a**es off on Sunday to get us up and running by Sunday afternoon. Thank you to all the hard work.

It had absolutely horrible connection so we told them we no longer wanted their service. They came and shut it off and the guy refused to pick up the equipment. Now they're trying to charge us almost $700. They've still been charging us for service that we had shut off months ago and trying to charge us for the equipment their own employee refused to pick up and take with him when he came to shut our internet off. I would NEVER recommend getting your service from Casscom. T-mobile internet is 1,000 times better in every way.

Moved here recently and was told cass comm is the best in the area. I can’t imagine how bad the others are if this one is this bad. I am never able to watch anything as I get the loading circle but every time I call all they do is reset it on their end and say it will be ok. Never had this problem with our previous supplier. Wish I could still use them here but they don’t come this far

I have been paying for my cable service for 7 months. I've had three technicians here on 5 separate occasions and not once has everything worked the way it's supposed to. I have to unplug and then plug the cable box back in on a daily basis. Most of the casscom people are very nice. Just wish they could figure out the problem.

Update: finally a technician updated something that had to be done remotely (I'm not clear what) and the issues were resolved.

Fiber Customer here. - Since moving in the area, my wife and I work in public sector from home, require reliable internet, and was looking for a top tier Internet Service Provider in our area. CassComm provided that and more. We've had then for a few years now, and their services are everything we asked for; reliable, fast, affordable, consistent, quick and professional customer service. They are always ready to answer phones to resolve any billing/service issues, and answer questions on their social media. Their field techs/linemen are some of the toughest and most skilled in the state, and respond just as fast if not faster than our electric providers during power outages regardless of the harsh weather conditions. Our family has had them for a couple years now and plan on growing with them during our time here. Thanks Casscomm! You all are really great.

I've been waiting since Friday for a crew to bury a drop line, a manager named Ben was supposed to call me. I was not told he was off for the weekend. I have an exposed cable, apparently they will pick it up this week. The customer service is horrible. I don't know how they function as a business.
