Para empezar las personas en cajas y puertas de los juegos estaban mal encaradas y despues compramos un tiket por una hora a las 7:45 y sacaron a mi niña del juego a las 8:27 y les pregunte por que si el tiket lo compramos a las 7:45 y dijo que las horas eram cerradas no por fraccion y le dije entonces por que la sacas antes y dijo esque los empesamos a sacar 5 minutos amtes para que entren los nuevos. Definitivamente una experiencia no grata, por esto y algunas otras cosas prefiero mil veces el de irmo

We were hesitant about having our twin boys birthday party here because 2 years ago we had a party and the experience was HORRIBLE! However, this experience was totally different. Reagan was our assigned party hostess. Upon arrival I knew we would have a great party because she greeted us with kindness and BIG energy. She kept the kids entertained when she would enter the party room. She kept us informed of what’s next. A totally different experience from 2 years ago!! If you can, please ask for Reagan to be your child’s party hostess, you won’t be disappointed!!

I recently had my daughter’s 5th birthday party here and would not recommend. Very unorganized, the high school kids that work there are split into two groups,don’t care or care to much, had multiple issues from long check in line , to food mix up too, waiting to speak to manager to assist me further. Even though all children had fun ,WILL NOT RETURN

If I could go lower I would. Had my son’s birthday party here & it was not worth it.

- there was a domestic dispute going on inside of the building upon our arrival and police were called and because all the staff were either paying attention to that and thrown off it delayed my guest signing in and getting their socks for my sons party . His party was supposed to start at 4:30 didn’t get socks til close to 5 but I arrived at 4:30 on the dot. The teenager at the register couldn’t find my party information. Claimed I never had a party reserved (put a deposit down 3months ago) had to wait for a manager to come and help look it up in their system. I paid the final cost a few days before the party. Despite knowing my party time was cut short they rushed EVERYTHING!! It’s not worth paying for because you can’t set up for your party when you arrive so your poor guest /parents just linger around - you set up 30-40mim after arrival and only have access to your area for about 20minutes. & the children working there need training on professionalism. My party host did try his best but because everyone around him and the teenagers working there are irresponsible & disorganized it makes it harder for the ones who are actually trying to do their job. Poor customer service. The bang is not worth the buck- I honestly should have went out my way & arranged to throw my son a party at Big Air in Lexington- it has more options for the kids , better concession stands & more professional - I went with convenience this time because it’s close to where I live and I regret it. The way I was rushed out & they made the announcement for my party to leave at 6!! You didn’t give us our socks til 5!! And my party time was supposed to be 4:30-6:15. They certainly lost a customer & even as a director of a youth program I will not be considering them for field trips or personal family time with my kids …. Never again, not my time & not my money, not here.

I had a good experience celebrating my son's birthday. A little chaotic on my part because of what I chose vs what the kids ended up doing. However, all the staff was very helpful. From NOAH, the guy in charge of our party, to Chris the manager to the ladies in the register (forgive me I forgot their names) .

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. My son and several other kids scraped their arms coming down the bounce house slide because there were no employees supervising or showing them how to use it safely. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he admitted there should have been an employee in the area, but when someone finally showed up, she was so distracted on her phone that it made no difference.

I went back to the front to express my concerns again, and while the staff seemed to understand the issue, nothing was done to address the unsafe area or improve the situation. This lack of proper supervision and safety measures is unacceptable, especially for a place meant for small children.

I strongly suggest the management invest in proper training for their staff to prioritize safety. This was not a good experience, and I hope they make changes quickly to prevent other children from getting hurt.
