Well, let me just start off saying that the food was great. I ended up getting the ribs and the two chicken wings. The young lady asked me if I wanted my barbecue sauce on the side and I told her yes well when I receive my food I came to discover that my barbecue sauce was poured all over my food mind you this meal comes with fries and a side of coleslaw and when they say a side of coleslaw, it’s a sample although it was good. I just don’t think it was worth the money and the fact that they poured barbecue sauce all over my food even my wings that were just fried did not sit well with me other than that the food was good, but I’m gonna need them to do better….. below is what they call a side of coleslaw🤦🏼‍♀️

The security guard made the experience acceptable. The cashier was so sweet and kind… however WHOever was in the back peeking over his shoulder, should have been looking at the table… i just need to know why weren’t my tips in pieces. Thankfully I caught the special because for full price I would have felt robbed for real lol. It was good after I added more of my own bbq sauce. Some chefs are so stingy like it’s their own supply, it’s KENNY’s … he should have plenty after all these years of business.

The staff was friendly and polite but allot of my rib tips in my order were hard and chewy similar to a beef jerky texture. I was disappointed. I've ate here over a long period of time but over the last several years I've cut back on coming to this establishment

Some of the best BBQ I've had in the city. YOU DON'T NEED NO SAUCE..Definitely a must go. Great customer service/location and atmosphere.

I drove all the way from work in Chicago to Kenny's Ribs on Torrence to give this restaurant another chance on the rib tips. I told the young lady I wanted the mini tips with mild sauce and that I wanted the rib tips tender. The first time I bought rib tips they was tough. She relayed the message to the cook. Long story short...the rib tips are tough asl. I couldn't even chew them. I put the rib tips in the oven to see if I can get them tender. I should had went with my first mind "Kirk" in South Holland. I will not be going back to Kenny's for rib tips. My second time around; but their sauce is good though and so is Kirk's. I am soooo disappointed with Kenny's Ribs.

You all should be completely ashamed of the food you were serving today, and a Holiday popular for barbecue. It was disgustingly nasty, tough & cold. My purpose for coming was to not have to cook today well I just got done cooking because not one of my family members even ate 10% of their meal. With the prices you are charging your quality should be exceptional but it's far from it. I wonder would you serve your family what you served mine today. Just Shameful!

Walking in, the place would have dining tables and a smell of ribs, The service was amazing and the workers at this restaurant are friendly and not rude, And oh my God when I say these ribs and fries where good THEYRE GOOD!!!! Please don't knock it till you try it. These ribs are something else and its amazing. I recommend the anniversary special. 10/10 MUST TRY AGAIN.
