Summary of this establishment: The start of the summer the gym got a new fish tank, very clean and clear tank with lovely little fishies. However, by the end of the summer the fish tank was completely overgrown with moss/whatever they left in there, with no fish in sight. This is a common theme here. The gym loves to buy new things and neglect caring for them, like the weight equipment or saunas. Items with be out of service for over a month until fixed. Overall the gyms nice when you first walk in but after three months you’ll find you’ve been trapped in a dirty fish bowl.

20 dollars for a guest fee is bogus and they never fix the gym machines down stairs that break, they jus put a sign on it for months and or get rid of the machine

Horribly rude staff at the front desk not just to the parents but the kids as they come in and out. Facilities aren't great and you wonder if they are doing what they can to survive. Its inexpensive and I guess you get what you pay for.

I recently got a massage with Gaby at the Spa at five seasons, and I cannot say enough positive things! I came in, extremely pregnant and uncomfortable. Gaby took amazing care of me! I felt so relaxed and at peace at the end of my treatment. I actually ended up going into labor that very evening! I had an extremely easy delivery and I have to wonder if it was the relaxation that helped things along. Gaby is a miracle worker! Definitely go see her.

It's hit or miss if someone's going to answer the phone. Regardless of the time of day. The steam rooms have been out in both the men and the women's locker rooms for months. They have run out of excuses. However, no one is giving refunds. Shaving cream is non-existent as it used to be existent, in the man's locker room. We read about all these improvements that are coming, but we see more broke down machines and as I mentioned, steam rooms, then improvements. Yet, we are asked to supplement an extra month because of COVID. Coming close to canceling our memberships. We can get this type of service and other things, for much cheaper price. We'll wait till the end of February. Hoping for improvements. At least repairs.
