The staff was very rude and harsh. We brought students here for a field trip and the staff yelled at our students and kept harassing them throughout our entire experience here. The pizza was burned and the hospitality was HORRIBLE. They even ran out of shoes and gave us hospital booties. And the bathrooms were disgusting. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Very unprofessional had me and my family wait for over an hour to tell me that they had no lanes for kids after promising open lanes at around a certain time. The older lady at the desk seemed to be always bothered by everything and it was just best to leave sad we have to leave the neighborhood to bowl somewhere else. 1 out of 3 times I’ve been here have I had a successful time.

The Drinks Are Expensive and the staff behind the kitchen is the worst!!! the old man with glasses has the worst customer service and none of them wear gloves. Found a Hair in my shrimp. Expensive to bowl too. its clean... but the poor customer service and lack of customer care do not recommend. (oh and the parking situation is free but the lot is old and decrepit and has 7 major large potholes. ppl get flats in this lot all the time. Let this place close and shrivel up into dust.

I've been back multiple times and it's just for the food now.🤭
Update 2nd visit July 2024- I couldn't remember the food situation on my last visit, BUT that cheeseburger and fries from Sax Man at the gril was delicious. It was seasoned and juicy. Everything else still applies below, but the food was very memorable on this trip.
Nov. 2023 - Had a great time last night!! My family enjoyed themselves. I'm not sure if it was because I was there for a friends event. But we had a great Dj, and the staff was cool. It was truly just people having a good time.
They could use a better selection of balls and a bathroom refresh because the womens bathroom is horrible, but that didn't stop us from having a good ole time!!

Just called to see what time they closed and the lady immediately gave me an attitude she told me they was closed and it was only 8:12 but online it say they closed at 10:30 i wouldn’t dare step a foot in this place and i seen some of the bathroom pic from a recent review 6 months ago they was all outta order so where you gotta go to use the washroom in the ALLEY 🤷 this is my story and um sticking to it

Absolute garbage. Staff are completely disrespectful and disgusting, the bathrooms are always flooding or just not in service, and the bowling lanes are absolute garage. Place deserves to be shut down.
