"You can't go wrong with the special" wise quote from my grandparent. It's served... Me well over the years. This place has great lunch and dinner specials as well as drink specials. They offer a full bar, plenty of variety on the menu and friendly service. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Good prices.

I don't even know where to start. I'll just say that my first visit was my last. Service was horrible, but i don't know if it was the servers fault. Maybe she was stretched super thin; either way, it was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. And last but not least, I waited 30 something minutes for their fried chicken. I should have just gone to KFC and went back to the hotel. The chicken had zero seasoning. I've NEVER in my life, tasted flavorless chicken. The tenderloin sandwich was the same.

Fun place with lots of tables for seating as well as a full bar it had a lodge feel with lots of taxidermy animals on the walls. Pretty extensive menu especially their kids menu. We chose this eatery for the many options in it's kids menu. My girls are picky eaters and this menu included all of their favorites and then some. All of the adults were happy with their largely portioned meals as well. The fries were very good. My pork tenderloin was good but I should have asked for mayo or something, it was a little dry on the bun. Overall, I'd choose to eat at Cabin Fever again for sure but I probably wouldn't get the pork tenderloin again.

Great atmosphere and waitresses very helpful. We had a group of 20,Tables were set up for us ahead of time. Food was very good and good variety really nice restrooms also

The food and the service here are outstanding! Holly was a phenomenal server... made us feel right at home and remembered me from another restaurant a few years ago! She was more than accommodating & friendly
The fried mushrooms were phenomenal! Try them with the horseradish sauce. We loved the chicken parmesan dinner and the Club sandwich. We will definitely be coming here again. It's a great place to go if you're at one of the parks and hiking. It's located right across from the hotel.

Last night, I ventured into the culinary oasis that is Cabin Fever Bar & Grill in Peru, IL, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a finger-lickin' adventure.

Need a drink recommendation? Missy’s got you covered with concoctions so perfect you’d swear she has a PhD in mixology. She's like the Gandalf of the bar—“You shall not pass (up another round)!”

The ambiance? Think cozy cabin meets lively lodge. It's the kind of place where you half-expect a moose to join you for a beer. The staff is friendlier than a golden retriever at a dog park, and the service is faster than a caffeinated cheetah.
