Absolute sharks with the sanitation supplies when people leave machines. Very impressed with the effort put in keeping everything clean. The staff have been super friendly and I had some great convos while winning and/or losing. Will say I feel I win more here than experienced in other video gaming facilities. But takes aways are: clean, nice staff and you may win or lose money!

I don't have any clue as to the chemistry between why there is a winning streak here for me but for 7 plus months now I've gone here off and on and seem to get significant wins e very time . (Knock on that proverbial wood). There is a few real awesome people work here, Sam, she s great. It's not written anywhere but it's open til 4am daily ,machined shut down at 359 am. So if you visit this place might as well become a five-star member to and punch in your phone number for some free money.

My daughter and I were attacked by a patron. Called racial names as we were trying to leave. They called the police on us so we had to stand outside to wait for them as we did nothing wrong. I will not return which I'm sure they don't care.
By the way, the patron that attacked us there did go to jail after the officer reviewed the tape🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

The slots seem rigged. The beer is super pricey like a real casino. The people there sometimes seem rude. And have kinda of a preference in who they treat nice. The slots seem way too tight and I've been here many many times

Went to sit, have a beer and watch the Bears game. The first bartender let me sit outside with my beer and turned on the game for me, a new bartender came, turned off the tv, locked the door while they were still open and when I asked if I could buy another beer and watch the game the bartender said no, you can only be here if you are gambling. Don’t go here. They kick out paying customers, and btw, I was the only customer there during this time.
