I can honestly say until I went to Ivy rehab I didn't believe in physical therapy. I've never had PT before and just trying to be optimistic was difficult. My first experience was not the best at Riverside and I'm not one for writing reviews or bad stuff however I'm just not sure if maybe they weren't knowledgeable enough? To this day I still feel Riverside might have hindered my condition. I was diagnosed with CTS, tennis elbow and cubital tunnel syndrome. I've been with my job for many years and typing a lot. My biggest concern was I didn't want to have surgery and thankful enough I have not had to! My first experience at Riverside for 8 weeks made me extremely nervous within 4 weeks I had more pain and other new onset issues. I decided to go to Ivyrehab for their free Consulting with Jarek. My takeaway from j a r e k was if physical therapy hurts then they aren't doing something right. Jarek couldn't be more right about this and I am so appreciative for him and the rest of ivy rehab. From all the reviews that are written here I couldn't agree more with the kindness and caring that this facility has. From the time you walk into the door seeing Stacy she's awesome and getting the ball rolling with scheduling! Chelsea and Kaylee are awesome as well with their magic touches and kindness and truly wanting to help. I saw all three therapists but Jarek I stayed with to make it consistent with my care. This man has so much experience and it truly shows. He has a very kind heart and no matter what is going on with your condition he truly wants to make it better. Each session was focused on getting my strength back and I was so thankful for being able to still work full-time however with some modifications at work and at home. I was thinking this was going to be a quick fix and it wasn't everyone told me to be patient and it does take time to heal even my doctor said it took her months. Ivy rehab gave me hope and even though I'm not 100% yet cured which I might never be however I am so much better than before I start it. Do your exercises and never give up! Ivy rehab truly cares so you need to do your part as well. This is truly an amazing place and if I ever need to do physical therapy again I will definitely come back!

I’ve had such a welcoming experience at Ivy in Bourbonnais. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and professional. Chelsea is the main therapist I see, and she is absolutely amazing! I also saw Kayelyn who was excellent as well. Honestly every single staff member is exceptional . I would highly recommend them.

The whole team is awesome, even the receptionist Stacy! Staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. They don't mind answering any questions concerning your therapy/recovery time, no matter how many times you ask the same questions. Trust me I probably asked the same questions more than twice!
The team provides genuine care for their patients, they make you feel very comfortable. You are a priority when you receive services from them!
I am soo happy that I choose Ivy Rehab for my physical therapy.

Ivy Rehab is your go to for Physical Therapy. I’ve gone there for several years after various surgeries, back, and hip. Jarek and the team- Kayelin and Chelsea are awesome. They know you by name, correct your mistakes if you’re doing them wrong. It’s a clean and very friendly environment. My wife also is one of their champions, telling all she sees that seem to have a need. Check them out if you have a need to be more flexible and heal from surgery.
