Brought my 1year old here for a sick visit. We called ahead and was able to get an appointment for 2 hours later. Even with the appointment the wait was long however I am so pleased with the care we received from the provider. She was so kind and apologetic for the wait.

The staff was all friendly and personable enough, wait times weren’t terrible in the office. But it took them 3 days to get my prescriptions to the pharmacy, which is rough considering those prescriptions were supposed to ease the immense amount of pain I was in. I had to call back once or twice a day, only to be told “we sent them over, but I guess there’s an error, I’ll ask the doctor to send them over again”. Why weren’t they checking to make sure they went through? I told them I was in a good deal of pain, and could they maybe call them in? “Well I can’t do anything, I’ll ask the doctor to send them again”, which was odd considering it hadn’t worked the last two times they tried. Ended up getting transferred to the doctor, “oh yeah, looks like there’s an error again. I guess I could fax them over”. It just doesn’t seem right to pay for the visit, and also be the one following up multiple times to get what they told me I needed. The pharmacy is 3 blocks away, it was wild. Visit was on a Tuesday, finally was able to get my meds on Friday. Something to consider when weighing your options.

I love this place! The staff is friendly and I'm always seen quickly. Denise is so helpful and willing to answer all your questions. They are my go-to for myself and my kids. Dr Farooqi offers a wide range of services as well.

I'm going to make this short and simple. DO. NOT. COME. HERE. The doctor was very rude she did not let my daughter explain throughly what was wrong. She kept talking over her and interrupting her. She ASSUMED she had allergies but yet didn't even check. We were waiting for a doctor for almost an hour and she sent us out the door in five. Another thing is that she allegedly sent a medication to help but when I called the pharmacy to see if it was ready to pick up no order was even made. Really just a waste of my time and no answers were given. Don't waste your time here.

*Update: I have had decent experiences since my bad one. I guess it depends on who you get.

First experience was great! In and out in 5 minutes. Second experience, there was an hour wait (which is fine) and the crabby staffed locked the doors an hour before closing so more patients could not be seen and complained the whole time that there was a rush. The NP told me I have “allergies” when I’ve had allergies for 34 years and allergies do not include a fever and chest pain. Mono is going around and they only did the mono test because I requested it. Called 2 days later, they have no record of me getting the test (where did my swab go?!).
