I signed up 9/28/24; canceled my membership 9/29/24. I was told I can’t get my money refunded back to my card; and that it takes them 4-6 weeks to mail/refund my $74 back.

I immediately cancelled the next day because the presentation was horrible. I didn’t get a walk through of the facility. I was rushed by both team members I met. They never provided me with a copy of my contract (just took my money); and stated to me it was their job to convince me to stay and hold me accountable to be in better shape.

The whole experience was awful and humiliating. Not to mention I believe they’re scamming me to avoid refunding me my money.

Thanks for nothing!! I paid someone to be rude and insensitive to me. 😔

Very Nice Place To Workout At And If Your Looking For A Place For Therapy That You Need I Would Highly Recommend You Go Here I Went Here Yesterday To See What Was Going To Go On With Them And They Took My Blood Pressure And It Was Way Too High For Them To Let Me Start My Therapy On My Shoulder And Elbow Too But My Blood Pressure Was Way Too High For Them To Let Me Start And I Didn't Have A Problem With That At All And I Asked Them If They Accepted Any Walk In That Would Like To Work Out Just For The Heck Of It And I Was Told They Do But If They Would I Would Definitely Go Here For A Good Couple Of Hours For Working Out But Very Very Nice Place Inside And Very Very Clean Too And Very Good Friendly People That Work There Too I Hope They Can Help Me Out With This Shoulder Issue Pretty Soon Hopefully

Really nice gym. They offer many classes. They have a wide range of exercise equipment. They have a heated pool, a reg pool, a sauna, Gucci, and a steam room. They offer massages and personal trainers. They have a BB court, racket ball, and boxing.
They have a track. They have something for everyone at any level.

Great spin classes. Fantastic open free weight/weightlifting area. Every time I go, people are friendly and willing to help you move heavier equipment. The mornings between 7-9 are usually slower. You’re going to hit a lot of people around 4-6 pm. Overall, it’s been a great experience. I love the weightlifting area and the saunas/steam room. Locker rooms are clean.

First class facility, knowledgeable staff, respectful members. Membership is on the high end but totally worth it. All the amenities you would need.

After along hiatus, I went back last year. The price is steep, but I assume it's to cover the amenities and the costs for maintaining the pools. I was willing to pay more, because I was primarily interested in the pool.

There are rules that are not enforced, like showering before entering the pools and whirlpool, using the whirlpool, steam room or sauna while naked, and not using one's phone in the locker rooms. These rules are not followed by some of the older women I observed. I would say something to the front desk each time, but then the next time, the same thing would happen. Last time, after I showered and entered the whirlpool, I observed 2 women, both over forty, walk right by the showers and go straight into the pools. One of them used her phone while I was towel-clad, looking to dress, who merely turned away from me after I told her they are not allowed to be used in the locker room. My daughter was grossed out by a middle-aged female member who exited the whirlpool naked, just as we were getting ready to get in. Every time I go, something like that occurs.

They only include 2 guest passes per year with your membership, which is bogus. You have to pay $15 for a day pass for your guest each time. You need to get a voucher from the desk to attend a fitness class. For most of the time in the last year, the cafe was closed, which was a real shame.

Don't sign the contract! I fully regret it. They don't care about people, they care about the Benjamin's. If you join mid-month, and you sign the contract, the obligation is for 13 months. They prorate the current month, but add the full month on at the end. My mistake.

Was the $760 worth it? Is it what I hoped for? A resounding no. Better than the y, (which was nasty and infested with roaches when my daughter went for swimming lessons) but not worth almost $800 for a year. Whew! Per person, that's a lot of 💰!

Once more I had a swim lane reserved and I was double booked with another swimmer. This is a terrible policy. NO swimmer wants to share a lane unless it's with a friend. Take a survey of your swim members if you don't believe this to be true.

I would not recommend joining this gym. The person running this place is the worst! There is rust on the sides of the pool and mens sauna and hot tube/showers are disgusting. The workout area is all dated and needs an upgrade. There are much better/friendly places to join in this area.
