I went in there today to sell some old games and I absolutely enjoyed the experience. The staff was friendly and informative, and I seen a lot of items I plan on purchasing in the near future. They have just about anything you can name. I will definitely be suggesting this store to my friends and family! They talk to you like you’re a friend not just a customer and I heavily respect that! Thank you all of Gamezilla staff for being who you are! You just got yourselves another loyal customer!

I have not been here in many years. Last time I was here was when they were in the old location in Bourbonnais and I think I went to the current location once after they moved, and I have always had a good experience with this company but recently I Went over there to kill some time and figure out what I might want to buy because I have not been in a game store in years probably since 2012 or 2013 and I found An extreme green Game Boy pocket which I have been trying to buy for years because I once had one when they first came out and then I came back the following day and bought a couple Nintendo switch games and a couple TV shows. I will be back to get more Nintendo switch games and 360 and PS4 games, just waiting for their supply to fill back up after Christmas And even though they had limited stock Of switch games at the moment And I had most of what they already had And some of the other system They didn’t have the games that I want it for Them I was extremely happy with my experience Here they are extremely friendly awesome and just genuinely amazing people I believe it was Marty that I spoke with. He helped me figure out a couple games that I might want for my switch that they had I showed him the games that I currently have so he could figure out the genre of game or style of game that I would like to get I brought the games home And let me tell you I am extremely happy with them Like I said before, I cannot wait for their stock to refill And I do plan on moving within a few months Not exactly sure when But I do plan on moving out of the state And let me tell you I will be buying as much as I can from these people to SUPPORT them Because the amount of effort that they put in into their work here Just means a lot These are the people that deserve more than what they get In life to my new friends at GAMEZILLA I will be back for more stuff And please keep being genuine people And keep being yourselves Because I’ve never been more happy With my purchases and felt More welcome Than I have here y’all are the best!!!! Thank you so much again this truly means the world to me

I came in the store a few months ago looking for a switch dock since mine randomly stopped working. The guy put my switch on his dock and within a second told me that my dock wasn't bad, the chip on the switch motherboard went bad and it would cost $125 to replace it. I had a gut feeling that this was bs since I literally just went over the board with a magnifying lens. I asked him if he could cycle the power on his dock and reconnect the HDMI in the correct order as per Nintendo's website. He declined and said he tests stuff on that dock all the time and insisted it was the motherboard chip.

Fast forward to today, a new switch dock came in the mail from Amazon and it works like a charm. It makes me wonder how many times they scammed my little brother or unsuspecting parents.

I'm all for supporting local businesses and I would rather pay the few extra bucks to keep it local, but it's experiences like this that ruin it

This place is like walking into my childhood. They keep all the nostalgia alive as well as being knowledgeable enough ok the new stuff that i stay the cool aunt. The guys are also so compassionate.

I have a very sick niece- she's 4 and she loves mario especially toadette. They went out of their way to help me get one for her that she now carries daily.

Then- just yesterday-I went in for any last minute gifts for my nephew who is recently into pokemon and he gave me a huge stack of extra cards!

I can't say enough good things.

Ok so I posted a review so sorry that was another place but this place I was in gaming heaven!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 They have so many retro items I ended up buy a PSP and some UMD movies!!! 🥹🥹🥹 So worth it!!!! Definitely a place to go for gamers and non gamers alike!!

Good selection of games. Unfortunately the person working was rude and made sarcastic comments when I wasn’t interested in a handheld console which kinda ruined the experience. This was a frequent stop, but an experience I don’t want to replicate so this will probably be my last time shopping here.
