We reserved two lanes for a party package for a kids birthday party on a SPECIFIC day. Came in the DAY OF the reservation and told them about the reservation. The guy working there looking at us confused and told us we are fully booked out. Then proceeds to ask us who could’ve reserved us the two lanes and I told the guy working that it was him who put us down with that specific day. Then he says we had you guys down for yesterday. How would he have known that if he hadn’t checked the calendar at all when we were there. THEN he checked his calendar and said he has us down for yesterday. We asked him how could this be since we confirmed with him with that specific day and he even ask us for our phone number. He says that they have misheard the date. Okay understandable but he didn’t give us any solutions and didn’t even call us to check with the day that “we” supposedly booked. We saw TWO lanes OPEN. They acted very disrespectful since they made it seem like it was our fault and not theirs. They didn’t even offer any solutions to this problem. We asked for a manager and then another employee working there claimed there wasn’t a manager working. We asked but there is a manager correct and he said yes but he claimed “I don’t know what you’re talking about” repeatedly. What an attitude they gave towards us. To make it even worse the employees who put us down claimed that we didn’t have to pay for the reservation until the day of the party. We took their word for it! A big mistake on our part but we were willing to pay for at least ONE lane but they said nope. They said they were fully booked even though there was TWO lanes open. What a horrible experience. Customer service: HORRIBLE.

This place could definitely use some updating, just like most alleys in the area. This is definitely not the worst one. I do have to say, very friendly staff. Great place to bring children. Very large selection of house balls for kids to pick from. We had a good time and will be back.
