This playground is great for parties even if you want to rent after hours for a private session. They have many party rooms to celebrate birthdays as well. Once you go into the ice arena entrance it is located on the inside to the right. The hand sanitizer on the wall is nice as well.

Affordable, clean, and spacious. Sapora Play world is a god send for anybody with young children. Both my 3 year old, and 6 year old love playing here. And for only $7 per child, it's the hands down best way to let your kids use some of that pent up energy while it's too cold to play outside. Plenty of seating space for parents, a respectable toddler play area, a reasonably priced snack bar, and CLEAN bathrooms, make sapora well worth it in my opinion.

Very welcoming and inexpensive environment, have been taking my kids here to play since they were young. Definitely recommend for any parent with small children, they even have an ice rink (although their free skate hours vary by season) a great place for your kids to let out their energy. Bathrooms are clean and there’s a space for parents to watch their children. I saw a parent in these reviews complaining about the cleanliness, although I’ve never had much of a problem as it’s a children’s play place it isn’t going to be spotless at every given moment especially during the weekends when it’s pretty packed. If you’re someone that is worried about the cleanliness, if you’re taking the proper precautions and washing your children(s) hands afterwards and keeping up with proper hygiene, there isn’t much to worry about.

Yes I would recommend Sapora Playworld, but after today I am not sure. I was there with my 4 year old and 3 month old child on a field trip. Another parents toddler took off his socks and lost them and he was looking for them in the play area.A worker proceed to storm into the the play room and at the top of her lungs yelled at everyone in the room ( it continued for a few minutes) . To the point everyone looked around and wonder what in the world happened. She stormed out of the room and then she came back stood in the door with her arms crossed and mean mugged everyone in the room. She then approached the mom and began being very rude to her , almost belittling her over her small child not having his socks on. She was trying to start an argument over a pair of socks and she threatened to call the police, which doesn’t even make sense. There are different ways to approach people and the way she did was not ok!I lost a lot of respect for this place over a 3 year olds pair of socks. She should have been storming in to clean up the place! There was old spit up on the floor and I’m not sure when the last time it was cleaned. It is just crazy to me someone would do this at a 4 and under field trip. I am not sure what the workers name was but I’m sure the whole building heard her. I hope things change, because this was very unprofessional.

Came here on 11/22 with my 15 mo. The equipment was dirty around the tunnels. There was like a net tube in the toddler area that isn’t very safe for young toddlers. Also there needs to be a gate in the entrances to the toddler area so they can’t run out into the area by the bathroom or into the big kid area. The floor by the big kid area was uneven and broke. Price wasn’t bad and tired him out but probably won’t be returning.

The layout is great, but the lack of cleaning is pretty gross. I get that it’s probably not the easiest to clean when there’s so much netting but maybe a blower to dust everything off and sweep it up at the bottom? Even the inside that is fully accessible is super dirty.

For what they charge is way too much money. You get 15 minutes to setup. The wrist bands are separate. We had the room for 2 hours and began to clean up 10 minutes before our time. All was picked up and my granddaughter handed 1 cleanup guy a cup since it had a drink in it. You would’ve thought she handed him a dirty diaper.the rest of the room was all clean. I mostly didn’t appreciate the way they came in clanging and banging chairs round as if they were bothered by us even being there. Our cart was full and we were on our way out. I didn’t appreciate their rudeness for no reason. We weren’t in their way when leaving.

We had a birthday party for our daughter. We decided to rent it out and couldn’t have been happier. The kids had a great time, clean up was a breeze and we had the party room the whole time! Highly recommend!
