This place is a must take for your kids. It’s clean and well maintained. Great snacks for kids and great music. Best place to tire themselves out! Definitely worth the money! I’m a regular dad who is looking out for all kids. I was not paid for this review.

My husband and I walked past this location during the summer and even though we live almost an hour away, we made a note to be sure to bring our kids here one day. Well, yesterday we took our 5 and 6 year old for the first of what will be many times and had a BLAST!! It's spacious, and bright, and much easier to spot your kid than what's it's been like at similar types of places. The bathrooms were clean, you can tell the staff takes great care of the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful, very fresh and pleasant. The manager, Victoria, was present, up in front, and very attuned to the environment she was creating. We enjoyed ourselves, my only advice is to keep your hands, head, and face up when going down the pink slide. It's fun and FAST!

I’d never been here before but I was convinced we had to go when they unlocked the doors and leave before the crowds. We arrived around 12pm and I was pleasantly surprised when Ashley greeted us with a smile. That is a lost art nowadays. I immediately felt the stress melt away. Even the security guard connected my husband. Ashley explained the price and what it included. My children played their hearts out. The place was not overly crowded but the crowd had other like minded adults who wanted their kids to have a good time while being safe and respectful. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of seating. People were still coming when we left. Yes I would come back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! DO fill out the waiver online before you come. Bring your family for a fun safe time with other parents who feel the same. Blessings!!

Absolute trash staff. The rudest teenage girl I've ever met. Wish I got her name and would encourage management to reach out to me so I can share my experience. My family and others were in line to register and get in but things were moving incredibly slow and the line kept backing up more and more. This was likely a training issue and the staff seemed ill-equipped to manage the situation. I felt I was incredibly patient and this girl was so nasty with me and others in line. We bought the 10 pack in the past and as a paying customer I deserved better treatment. Might demand a refund.
Don't give this place your business, there are better nearby options for your kids to exert their energy. It's too bad, because this place looks nice for a fun couple of hours to take your kids. The owners and management put something nice out there for families.... Ruined by this bad attitude associate who seemed to enjoy watching and patronizing us patient parents already dealing with anxious kids. We took our crew elsewhere for the day.

Fun and clean. Sitting at the tables you have a good view of the whole facility so you can keep a eye on your kid without having to chase them through the climbing structure. My only complaint is that they need to "buzz" you in and out of the play area and there wasn't always some one there to hit the button so you would be waiting to be let out of the exit.

This place is amazing for kids. As a parent, I had fun too. Place is great size and there's good separation of the diaper aged area and bigger kids. The seating area is great for the parents to keep an eye out. There's only one entrance which definitely makes it more secure because the staff is all there. Price is affordable too because adults aren't charged. Absolutely recommend.

Took my kid there yesterday. Only 2-3 other kids there and we spent about 3 hours there. My kid made best friends with one on the employees who started playing with him and took him down the slides and up into the playground itself. To the point my kid (3 yr old) would yell “hey buddy” across the place to get his attention. Absolutely beyond what we expected and far better experience than any other place that’s we’ve ever been too.
