What a gem! We stopped here to let our kiddos play for a bit while traveling through, and I'm so glad we did! This facility is fabulous! It's clean, expansive and a great value! The staff were also so kind and helpful!

We recently visited Bounce Tag in Springfield, Illinois, and it was an absolute blast! My kids loved every minute of it. The place is super clean and the energy is infectious, making it a perfect spot for fun and excitement. We visited Bounce Tag on a Thursday morning and had the most amazing time! The staff were kind and attentive. The facility was clean and activities were very affordable! Most importantly, we had fun! You can’t go wrong visiting Bounce Tag. Looking forward to visiting more this winter to burn my kids energy!

Dear Bounce Tag, My family loved coming here! We would love to come again but probably wont. This is why you should consider memberships or passes. Paying for the whole family once a year, I can handle. Doing that multiple times just isn't going to happen. I would be happy, however, to pay more upfront for a pass that would save me a little money and allow us to come multiple times. With all your arcade games and machines, plus concessions, it would benefit you to get more people in the door for a little less $, than to charge people more and have them come maybe once a year. Thanks for considering this!

$15 a head is an entertainment deal. The kids can run and play to exhaustion 😉. There is a 4 and under area(much appreciated) all 3 of the girls loved it. Plenty of adult seating. Of course there's extra ways to spend money with laser tag or video games and food. The staff were kind and helpful.

Great place for indoor recreation. Giant bounce house with slides. Other side with giant climbing apparatus with ball cage, slides. Also, with Laser Tag available.

Worst ever ! Advertising on Facebook for a Parents Day Out today 12/21/24 from 10-1. Pizza, a drink, laser tag and arcade games were supposed to be provided for $35 a person ! I told the girl when we arrive that we were there for the RSVP event and I paid. Upon picking up my children, my kids informed me that they didn't get any thing extra ! No drink no pizza no arcade $5 card no laser tag ! Will never ever take my children back here !
Update: Heard from Eric the GM and he offered free e passes for my 2 daughters to make it right.
