I recently purchased a X570 from Hank in the sales dept. Hank was very knowledgeable and made sure my son and I had the best experience. I know John Deere dealers sell harvesters and tractors that are 50X the cost of my mower. But Hank didn’t brush us off. He spent the time and the effort making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and gave me updates along the way. Very impressed with the sales team at this location.

I had my John Deere tiller taken in for repair. It came back still not running. So I took a look at it with several neighbors assisting. First we put the throttle to the run position. Found cable was in the stop position and frozen. Got that taken care of. Checked air filter and found it to be in good position. Next checked for spark. Spark was present. Next pulled fuel line from carborator. Nothing came out. Was charged for a fuel filter. Checked it and it was clear. Pulled gas line from tank. No fuel came out. Pulled tank. Picture is the outlet of the tank. Plugged. I checked everything the mechanic should have. Over $400 dollar bill. How does one miss the throttle cable frozen and outlet of tank plugged and charge customer for missing these items?

I don't know if anyone will read this but I'm a tech apprentice here at Atwood sloans this place and people from my teacher zeth to my boss Joe and even Tom sloan himself have made this the best and I mean absolutely best transition I knew very little about combines when I started 4 months ago they took me in to teach me in this new program and have made me feel like family whom they put first I just want to say publicly thank you new family ward Patrick rusty Joe Eric and all especially Zeth my teacher and friend
