We just had my daughter's birthday party at Leve1UP Arcade in Granite City on 5/4/25. Initially, we were going to just have it at a local park. Due to rain in previous days and the playground being flooded as of the afternoon before, I reached out to Leve1UP's fb page in hopes of finding an alternative, inside space (with less than 24 hours before party time). Not only was she more than happy to accommodate us, she also asked if we needed cupcakes (she wasn't sure she could get them on such short notice, but she was sure going to try). We already had a cake lined up, but it was a very nice gesture for her to offer.
I was able to pay my deposit online, which was convenient.
Sarah alllowed me to come in and put up our decorations prior to the party to ensure everything was set up beforehand. That made my afternoon less stressful knowing I'd be able to come in a bit earlier and put up the decor before party time.
It was the perfect fit for the age range of attendees we were expecting (3-67). There was a nice variety of games, which included arcade games, ski ball, air hockey, console games, and more!
We were able to have the place all to ourselves as a private party for 3 hours, unlimited play. Also, you couldn't beat the price!
Everyone had a blast and was entertained the whole time.
Customer service from Sarah was impeccable and it was such a pleasure meeting her.
Aside from the arcade room, there was a small room out front with 2 small tables where we kept food on. We brought a cooler for our drinks. She did have snacks and drinks to purchase there if we were to run out.
The building is also handicap accessible. I know all buildings should be, but unfortunately that's not always the case. One of our guests was in a large-sized wheelchair and had no issues getting inside the building and into the arcade room.
We plan to be returning customers, and some of our guests raved about the place and said they'd be back (for most of them it was a 30+ minute drive). One is even considering it for her child's party.

What a gem! Granite City is lucky to have this spectacular little place. Games are fantastic, vibe is wonderful, it's easily accessible, staff is thoughtful and kind, and it's very affordable. Three generations of my family (ages 71, 45, and 10) bonded, shared laughs, and had a memorable Saturday night. Check this place out. You'll be as impressed as I was.

Today we brought the kids in to play some games for a mini family fun day and to support a new local business. We had a blast and the skiball was a huge hit and we made it a little competitive and had alot of fun. The owner so nice and was very helpful. Also she was watching Harry Potter and that's my favorite. I can't to see this business grow more and be a an awesome place for families and kids go to have fun! We will definitely will be coming back very soon!

My networking group had a social event here. We had a blast! The owner was very inviting and open to us bringing in food and drink. The games were a blast, especially the skee ball. Haven’t played that in a long time. Can’t wait to go back!

Brought my 15 and 11 year old here and we all had a blast! Loved playing ski ball, video games and even the old Nintendo!

This is a great, safe, clean (and obviously FUN) place to bring your kids! I loved seeing the variety of games they have for the little one's and also the adults. The staff is super cool and friendly.

It's such a cute arcade! Love the skeball machines. Just went back and they added some great seating options to just hang out. Everything I have been there is always something new.
Great place for SAHMs who have a side hustle too- let the kiddos play while you sit in the lobby working.
