A near total letdown. Pics and reviews on Google Maps were tantalizing. Very limited menu on a beauty Sat afternoon should have been a red flag, but I was determined to try. Double Bacon Cheese was the only appealing item. Only one guy in the shack, and the first words out of his mouth were, 'Gonna be at least 15 mins.' Sure, okay. I darned well wish it was only 15 mins--it was closer to 30. Crazy thing was there didn't seem to be any actual cooking going on inside the trailer? Just the one dude standing around inside? Some old guy showed up, walk in the open door, washed his hands, and then friggin' left! Weird to say the least. The only redeeming thing was the burger was reasonably priced, but the patties suuuuure looked pre-fab. The dude was apologetic when I got it, but by that time it was lipstick on his pig...

I got the Reuben. The bread was good, the thousand island & sauerkraut were very good, and the pastrami was great. Why 3 instead of 4 or 5 stars?
It seemed that it was a sauerkraut sandwich with pastrami. This is a bbq truck, I would expect the meat to be the most prominent feature.
Would I go again? Yes, to try other meat-centered dishes like the tri tip.

Not the best photo but the sandwich and sides were delicious and really good value. Could barely finish it and it was surprisingly cheap. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving bbq. It was my first time at the food truck pavilion so if you’re like me and worried about the weather there’s a nice indoor space you can eat at too!

My husband and I got the Hot Mess combo. The sides were good, but not great. The sandwich was meh. The meat was dry and it was pretty bland. Not worth the price, honestly. Customer service and atmosphere were great, though.

Im very picky when it comes to baked beans and homemade BBQ sauce but damn, I could devour some of those baked beans. The BBQ sauce was alittle spicy but such good flavor. He was getting ready for a wedding but was still ready to help! Great place will come again!

My daughter lives off cheeseburgers. We are regulars at the post falls Pavillion. One day we were curious and ordered one from the fixx smash burger and one of zachs. She devoured zachs burger. I definitely thought it tasted of a higher quality meat and was cooked perfectly. He was very busy preparing for a wedding, yet still made time to quickly pop out a great burger. This is her new favorite spot.

Tried a little bit of everything as a bbq lover and connoisseur! The tri tip, pulled pork, mac and cheese, baked beans and pineapple slaw are loaded with flavorand do not disappoint!? Decent prices and good proportions! Had the privilege of meeting the owner, very friendly, humble, and down to earth guy.
I would definitely recommend this place because when I'm up in CDA I will be back? thanks Zach!

Dude. This was delicious. We’ve been going through the different trucks trying them all, and this is a “oh, I’d eat here again!!” We just had the… forget the exact name, it was a loaded hot dog with pulled pork, cole slaw and baked beans on it. Yes. All that was on it, and it. Was. Delicious. Every part of it. I’ve had mediocre of each of those before, but these were each so good, and surprisingly delicious all together ? Plus the fellow working there was so friendly and awesome. Will check out the rest of the menu!!
