The tech support department is a complete joke. My phone calls were straight up ignored for two weeks and my network wasn't fixed until a complaint was put in to the FCC. Avoid this company at all costs. If you actually do manage to get them on the phone they're rude and unhelpful and literally never call you back.

When they finally showed up to fix my problem the kid was rude, it took him two hours to do nothing and all he did was replace my router with one of their own and said he would be back the next day. So like an idiot I waited the next day only for him to never show up. I have never experienced such a poorly ran, inefficient and lazy group of IT professionals in my entire life.

We always have great experiences with the techs at red spectrum, they came out within an hour of me calling and diagnosed a problem in 30 seconds (our cords were messed up ‍♀️). We live out in the country and have had this service for five years and it’s been wonderful for us, any issues we’ve had are quickly resolved. Very grateful, thanks!

These guys will take any chance to not work and they turn off the internet 4 days before it's due and it's veterans day and has a veteran i have to spend my day off not having internet because these people can't do their job really? You should have a 24/7 support like every other internet company when I go in Tuesday Nov 12th I'll be requesting some form of competition for this crap

This place is a joke, had them out they adjusted some things said it was better. left text number with wife text any time and he would back to us. What a funny joke pay for 25 mbps and only getting less than 4 mbps not verry happy

I'm not sure why customer service is so bad. Last month my service was down. I called technical support three times over three days. No response. Luckily I have a family member from another place who made a special trip here and fixed it. Otherwise I'd still be without service! Just now they canceled my service for "non-payment" of the monthly bill. I can't help it if they "sit" on my check for two weeks before they get it deposited and credited to our account. Unbelievable that customer service can be this poor...

I’ve never met a company that actively tries not to get your business. My husband and I have been calling now for two weeks to get someone to come out to do a site check. We want to make sure we can get the services they’re offering before filling out their application. We’ve left messages with no return call (multiple times), called to ask questions, to which only two people have been helpful. The rest of the employees say “I don’t know.” Today was the kicker, after two weeks of calling religiously, they finally set an appointment with us and NO SHOWED. No call saying they were late on a site or something came up and they needed to rescheduled...NOTHING. We called a hour after the set appointment time to see if a technician was going to come and we weren’t able to get ahold of anyone in the office. My conclusion, they don’t need or want your business. They only work when they want. If you’re looking into this company pass. The customer service is one of the worst I’ve encountered.

Red Spectrum is a joke. Very horrible customer service and the people that answers the phone can be very rude. I would give it zero stars if I could. Why is there nobody in the office to answer the phones. I've been calling every min for the last half hr and nobody has answered the phones. very mad right now

Installers were wonderful. Later moved antenna from wall to pole mount, and the staff provided extra mount at no additional cost. After several months of service, Red Spectrum doubled our connection speed for no additional cost. Service is consistant through a range of weather. All in all our experience has been excellent, at a fraction of the cost of ***cast!
