This is a great place to sit and chat with friends. The coffee is good, the Boba is excellent, the pastries are lovely. The bakery items are stocked from Gaston's. I gave this a 4/5 because it is a frequent issue for the store to be out of stock of something; no tapioca for Boba or no pastries left. The rest of the experience is great, and they are kid friendly. I hope to edit this one day with a 5/5.

Gross! I left there and I wish I had tried my Thai tea and my scone before I left. Both are horrible! I do not like leaving negative reviews but this is just awful. I can't with good conscience be dishonest. I wish I had read others reviews before coming here. The Thai tea is very watered down and doesn't even taste like Thai tea. It's just yucky. The scone was literally hard as a rock. I could barely break it in half. It has to be 3 weeks old. I cant believe this place is so popular. It was busy. I wasted way too much time waiting for a treat and a drink that I'm now throwing away. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but here. Also customer service is rude.

I stopped into Urban Fox today for a fruit tea today! I haven't had a fruit tea from this joint before. I have tried their milk teas and they are legit.

There a only one barista working. She had a couple orders ahead of mine but she stopped what she was doing to grab my order. I grabbed the green apple tea lychee jellies today.

The barista smashed out 5 drinks. She was on top of it! Since she was the only one working it did take her a minute to get them all done.

My tea today was perfect! I have never had green some before and I'm happy I tried it out! It tastes like green apple Jolly Ranchers. There's a good amount of jellies on the bottom that you get a couple pieces every time you take a sip. It's quite delicious!

There's plenty of tables and seating for a great coffee date or a spot to do homework. It's the ultimate chill spot to grab a drink and enjoy the moment.

Great atmosphere in the evening, not too crowded. Folks working and or studying. Able to talk without feeling like I had to yell. The pastries are phenomenal! I had the one with ham and cheese. The Koign Amann that looks like a muffin was delicious also. My wife had to get another one! And the coffees were well done. Staff was very helpful and patient. They went and took the time to answer some questions I had. Definitely going to come back and try their chai’s and Boba drinks

I’ve always wanted to try this place. My go-to boba spot was down the road but this place exceeds anywhere I’ve been to. AND it’s owned by an actual Korean! Authentic! This is the best boba place in the treasure valley.

We were coming here multiple times a week, rave about how great the drinks are, but we’ll never be back. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ll definitely be warning others about how bad it is. Definitely recommend owner/manager talking with Dutch bros, so they can teach you and your team how to treat customers. It’s an absolute disgrace.
