This was a highlight of our trip to Kauai! Mostly because I just had a blast driving the ATV, but the trip to the beach and fishing spot were a nice plus. I felt like the "tour" part was "phoned" in that day. There was no pre trip talk about what we would be doing or how long we would be staying at spots like the beach or fishing. We just sorta went over the safety rules and started out driving. Which was great as I enjoyed that, but in retrospect it would have been great to know the plan for the time so we could prepare. Also our tour guides while fun gave no traditional tour talking about where we were the history of the place or anything. I'm sure that will very depending on which guide you get. I felt the guide could have been more of a leader telling us stores about the land, and being more of a guide than just the person driving in front. I hear they are going out of business so maybe that was why there was a lack of energy or concern to help us get the most out of the trip. Next time I would likely try another ATV company to see if I have a better guide experience. Don't get me wrong the Girls were fine, but I expected more from them. During the fishing the rain came and they were like oh lets get going. I was like we paid a lot for this experience and were all wet already, lets play this out. Anyway it was a blast, I would do it again, just with different guides.

Just book the tour!! If you can only do one thing while you’re in Kauai, do the ATV tour. Ari and Alex were our guides and they were amazing! You will definitely get dirty so wear something you do not care about. The tour is about 3 hours long you definitely get a lot of driving time. You also make a few stops along the way and you’ll learn a few things about the beautiful islands history.
Don’t worry if you’ve never driven one of these vehicles, just follow the rules and you will be fine!

We had a blast with Kauai ATV and their backroads adventure tour! Austin and Kylie were great tour guides: very knowledgeable, caring, accommodating and funny! All the stops on the tour were very interesting and the ride in between was so much fun! My family and I would definitely take the tour again!

Had a fun time with our family exploring parts of the island we wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise. Husband enjoyed driving the side-by-side as we all got dirty on this adventure! Our guides were awesome (so sorry I can’t remember names two weeks later!) and provided lots of interesting information!

This is our second trip out with Kauai ATV. Much of our tour today was through dry areas with lots of dust. We learned that lost access to some of the other roads they utilized during our previous trip a few years back, which was a lot more muddy, cooler in temp and fun. We did make a stop that required a little walk to a nearby beach for a swim - we missed the falls from our last tour! Our guides were nice but we felt last time we had a couple who had more knowledge of the area. Definitely could use a tour with less stops and more driving around. Be prepared to get dirty!

We had such a great time for my 30th bday. I had no idea that the ATV came with a historical tour that made it well worth our money.

I also loved being able to play our own music in the vehicles. The tour guides were amazing 10/10 experience.
