This is a lovely salon that feels very private with only two pedicure chairs. The chairs are comfortable and the salon is clean and they practice superb hygiene with each client.

Yumiko greeted me warmly and did a great job with my pedicure. The pedicure massage is the best that I have had! It’s an actual massage and not just a ten minute rubdown. Thank you to Yumiko!

I am happy that I decided to wait for my appointment at the outdoor courtyard because the soothing sounds of a fountain soothed my mind as I waited.

This is now on my radar for a return visit.

The services were amazing! I highly recommend adding the hot oil hair treatment and leaving it in as long as you can.

The facility was just enjoyable for what you would expect from a 5 star facility. I was really hoping that there would be more to experience as I had planned for 3-4 hours relaxing in a tranquil environment. Here is what I found.

The cold plunge fits one person at a time.
The hot tub in the locker room was not quite warm enough. There is no indoor lounge that accommodates meditation just a waiting room. The outdoor lounge accommodates 3 comfortably but everyone coming in looks right down on you which is not ideal.

Hawaii is still very into using masks be prepared to wear it during the massage even when face down.

The facility is very clean and staff is very Gracious. I would go back but only for the services.

Incredible spa! I will be coming back next time I'm in the island. Their staff is very helpful, the eucalyptus steam room was so relaxing, and the zen garden was gorgeous.

Omg, I was treated to a Warrior 50 massage & pedicure. The massage therapist, chavis has the most pressure point, relaxing hands. For the pedicure, Yumiko is very thorough in the best foot care. The ambiance, relaxation of the tranquil garden area stole my heart. It reminded me to breath in the beauty of life and breath out gratitude. My soul is complete!

The massage therapists were great. The price not so well. Not worth $225 per person. The Gentlemen Spa. The sauna wasn’t hot enough and looks like some lights needs to be replaced. Also the top pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and had some leafs in it and the area around the pool looked like it needed some cleaning. Did not expect it for the Four Seasons Spa at a Luxury price. I paid $530 for 2 people. I would go to Aulani Spa or another local business spa. I wish I knew better at a hinge pricetag but now I know.

With the tip, it cost me $265 for a 50 min facial. The facial ended at 6pm as the sun was going down and for some reason she applied sunscreen all over my face on top of the products leaving me to need to wash my face before (kind of defeats the purpose), yet no lip balm was applied to my dry lips which I would have hoped for. The waiting room and common areas are VERY brightly lit, not the softer lighting you’d expect in a relaxing environment. Lastly, I was checking a text message on my phone from my family – not watching any kind of video or playing anything from my phone – just reading a text message. The locker room attendant came over to me and advised me that I needed to put my phone away while in the spa. Really? It’s 2023 people read from their phones. The bathrobe was nice, the space was very clean. It just wasn’t the five star experience I was going for, given the price.

Pros: Amber was excellent. I get massages frequently and predominantly at luxury hotels so my standards are high. Amber exceeded my expectations and delivered a relaxing massage with good hand techniques and transitions between movements. I added on the back scrub as an enhancement. The spa has a hot tub, sauna and steam room in the ladies locker room. The cold plunge was out of order so I can’t comment on this aspect of the amenities. The zen garden was closed due to rain in the forecast so I cannot comment on this either. Despite the spa being small, the amenities were nice and the steam room was at a nice temperature allowing you to actually enjoy the steam for a period of time. The staff are ultra friendly which is in complete contrast with stuffiness the staff within the hotel exhibit.

Cons: My locker was not staggered from others based on service time and the locker area is exceptionally small. I wound up changing back into my street clothes after my service between two women almost shoulder to shoulder. Not optimal. I’m used to the four seasons in Scottsdale where you get access to the pools and can have a treatment and then go sit poolside and receive lunch and drink service. This is not an option at this location. You have access to a lap pool, which I didn’t visit, but there is no service out there. Perhaps as a result of the staff’s niceness, they do not hush spa goers and when I returned from my treatment women were having full volume conversations in the hot tub and by the lockers which were echoing throughout the spa. The treatment room was along the main stairway to get into the spa and you hear women talking and echoing at times through your treatment, which circles back to the lack of enforcement with the spa etiquette. One woman was texting in the steam room when I entered and she continued until she left. Don’t personally understand that one but also a lack of etiquette enforcement.

Overall: Would considering returning for Amber, but not the best overall spa experience I’ve had.
