5 stars for the 100% grown Moloka'i beans! 4 stars for the service and tasting room being closed (for renovations). The lady at the counter wasn't too helpful or informative about the coffee and items in the store. We sampled the muleskinner coffee fresh from the canister, and bought a bag of the estate coffee to go. The coffee is heavenly, and very flavorful. The store was empty when we were there, but there is live music weekly.

We had a pleasure of being in Molokai Island and visit this beautiful place. nearing the store you can smell the aroma of the coffee being roasted. had the pleasure of meeting couple of people that work in the company. Love the coffee, you can order online too.

A lovely place to visit in Molokai’i. Both times we have visited there was a good sized group of folks on the deck playing gentle Hawaiian songs on their ukuleles and other instruments together. A very peaceful and serene way to start your morning, taking in the music and atmosphere with your choice of a variety of different coffees. The gift shop sells many types of coffees along with other local good, apparel and souvenirs.

Unfortunately last time we were there we were told by the girl at the counter that it was their last day of business and they were having to shut down due to lack of profits; which sadly we heard is a growing issue in some of the smaller communities of Molokai’i. She did say, however, that they will still have a their smaller location open at the airport.

They ran out of coffee, we waited for a bit for some more but none was never made. It is a cute little shop with a nice porch and atmosphere. Some souvenir items and of course coffee. I enjoyed the cup of coffee I had. Wish there was more though.

The coffee is amazing and relatively cheap, and even though they only have small coffee mate packets of creamer, the quality of the coffee makes up for it. They have a good selection of candies and dried fruits but sadly no fresh baked goods. This place is great for getting a $3 cup of coffee, just don't try to buy the bags of ground coffee, they are $20 for 8oz which is a bit much.

The coffee is good. The female clerk doing the tour was impolite, rude and rather an angry person who made the visit for us bitter. Don't ask her any questions. Aside from her it is a gathering place on Thursday mornings for the local ukulele players to practise. That was great!

Once we discovered Coffees of Hawaii we would come back every morning. The coffee is great, of course, but we liked the atmosphere too - sitting on their large veranda and taking in the morning over a cup of coffee.

A couple of times a week a local group would assemble to play and sing Hawaiian songs. All amateur, but excellent.

I would very much recommend stopping at Coffees of Hawaii during your trip to Molokai.
