We have been going here for years and have had great experiences, but our most recent visit with Eric Pastrmac was anything but professional. We were waiting for him to grab a tool from another room and while we were waiting with a fussy baby, he decided to get adjusted himself as if we were an afterthought. Very disappointed and not recommending seeing this guy.

I highly recommend this place! Greg has magic hands! I’ve had a shoulder injury for awhile and didn’t realize it was a structural issue. One visit and feeling so much better! Thanks Greg!

I have been going to chiropractors for over 30 years Dr Banks gave me one of the best adjustments I have ever had. The reason he took the time to listen to my issues that's what makes a great doctor I highly recommend him and his friendly staff. Thanks again for making my Hawaiian trip paradise.

This place is great. I have had major breakthroughs in my chronic back pain over the past few months while coming here. All of the employees I’ve interacted with are super friendly and helpful and I feel like they genuinely care and want me to get better. Dr. Banks has been super helpful in my recovery. I’ve been using acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, traction, and electrical stimulation. Can’t recommend Kalaheo Wellness enough!

I was 1/2 way though a week vacation when I threw my back out of wack pretty badly. I could not tie my shoes or stand up without bad pain. I called around trying to find a chiropractor service that could see me quickly. One of them recommended Kalaheo Wellness Center. They booked me in right away and the process to see a new patient was very easy (not normally the case for chiropractors) with Dr Banks who did a good adjustment and offered to see me again the same day if needed at no extra cost. I was better when I left and much better the next day. I highly recommend Kalaheo Wellness Center and particularly the care I received from Dr Banks. Dr Banks is super knowledgeable in more areas of Chiropractic care than any other DC I’ve been to. As the son of a Chiropractor, I’ve been to many to fill my Dad’s shoes and Dr Banks did the best job by far!! He is kind, funny, and has awesomeness in his bedside manner. Go see him ASAP if you’re in Kauai!!!!

Rarely am I completely blown away by care provided to me, yet Dr. Banks and his team repeatedly delivered!
I have had ongoing lower back issues for several years and seen many chiropractors, PTs, and physicians. Dr Banks took one look at me and told me that he wished he could have 8 sessions to get me all fixed up - he had 2 visits before I had to hop on a plane. Between his attentive care, and ability to actually reset my back and pelvis, I am walking onto a plane confident that I am well on my way to recovery. Additionally, he offers Sanexas Therapy, which worked wonders to calm the nerves in my spine which had been firing for weeks.
Finally, he has been working with his network to identify someone who can provide the same level of care while I am in Japan. Dr. Banks, thank you so much for providing top-tier service, care, and solutions, without you and your team, I would be still be miserable and in terrible pain. I can’t thank you enough. Many mahalos!

Wow! Dr Banks was absolutely incredible. Not only was his service fantastic, but the customer service made me feel like I was at the Ritz . I wish more businesses were like this and treated customers like family. Thank you Dr Banks! I will definitely be back .
