Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking and restroom was clean. I booked in advance and arrived 10 minutes before opening time. I didn't have to wait long and my kids had their wristbands ready to go at the official opening. Guests who arrived about 20-30 minutes after opening seemed to have to wait the longest. The reason why I did not give 5 stars is that the place feels dated and competition is growing. As big as the space is, the activities are somewhat congested. You'll have to wait in line anywhere up to 10 minutes if you want to do dodgeball. That doesn't seem like a long time but when you're booking by the hour it matters.

Biggest life waster ever. Me and my friend wanted to come here and have fun and jump around and play, not to mention my dad had to pay to let us in just for us to be told we can’t play cause we have the wrong socks on. So now we gotta pay even more money to have fun and enjoy something we paid to do. So instead we just played some of the games and I managed to win a Google play card which didn’t even god damn work when I redeemed it when the workers said it would work. I don’t care if my dad had the money come back around I’m still mad he wasted so much for us to not even be able to enjoy ourselves and have fun I was very mad at myself cause I wasted so much of my dads money and I wasn’t gonna make him spend more money for socks for me and my friend. The rules are so boring too, like it makes everything so lame like brighten up a bit won’t you? I get you don’t want anyone getting hurt but everyone had guns pointed at them while they tried having fun, I was even scared to move and jump at all cause I didn’t want workers screaming at me. Anyways I will be pissing in the foam pit if I enter this place again.

This place was very overpriced considering the lack of amenities (trampoline area, drop pit, basketball and dodgeball) and the jump restrictions that they yell at people about just seem silly. Like no running but pets are allowed Anyway my 5yr old loved it but my older kids were bored within 10 mins went to the arcade area. They had fun in the arcade area but the real highlight and only thing worth going to do was the laser tag...everyone had a BLAST! I would go back just for laser tag.

Had tons of fun and practically empty when we went on a Tuesday. Prices aren't too bad, they offer military and kamaaina discounts.
You can work up quite a sweat inside the building but they have fans everywhere and also couches, chairs and tables to relax and take a breather. They have vending machines if you get thirsty or want a sweet snack.

Had lots of fun, I recommend skipping the trampoline and going for the laser tag. Great place to hangout out with your friends, me and my friends loved how it was glow in the dark and that they played music for an extra element of fun

Workers are nice but man there are a lot of rules. All the rules are posted all over- “only one per trampoline”, “land on your feet”, “put your electronics in your pockets”, “no running”, “no videos on the trampoline,” “no popcorning.” They also come on the PA system to verbally list all the rules often. But at the very end they say “but have fun” so I guess that’s polite.. They also have workers standing everywhere and are quick to reinforce the rules. I understand the liability of a place like this and that listing all the rules is their way of protecting their patrons and their organization but their portrayal and implementation absolutely does not make for a fun or friendly experience. Facility is clean but dated and some trampolines were worn and broken.

This place is awesome for all ages. They have a very big warehouse for jumping. They have basketball nets to juml and dunk on. They have a dodgeball court to play. Aracade games, putt putt golf and a place for events. Great atmosphere and a lot of rules. We will be back as my 4 and 2 year old loved it. The only problem is it's hard to keep little kids from running and on their own trampoline. Good job and see you soon.

Kids love it. You must use hospital socks (with non slip pads) they will sell you a pair for $3. $23 total for 1 hour per person.
