The food was great, better than the Guthrie in Birmingham. There is an entire wall telling the story of Guthries and facts about the chain. Got our food in about 2 minutes. Definitely will go back.

Paid $28 dollars for two chicken finger plates. The chicken was over cooked and very dry, along with the most unappealing looking cold fries I have ever seen. Would not recommend for anyone.

I maybe biased but Guthries has the absolute best chicken. Its fresh never frozen. It's bathed in milk bath and hand breaded. They take the time to make sure the chicken goes into the fryer just right so it doesn't feather the flour. Don't even get me started on the sauce. I sure have missed good chicken in Ringgold.

We ate there what was last Saturday. The tenders were good but the fries were burnt or so hard that you could hardly bite into them. My husband didn’t want to make a scene so we left and will never go back. We will also warn others about them!!

Plenty of staff but poorly managed. The food was old and Luke warm. Fries were luke warm and undercooked. My wife's meal, they forgot the bread and coleslaw. My coleslaw, they for got to put mayonnaise in it. It was just chopped cabbage. Worse Guthries, I have been to.

Well this place used to be a 5 star but now the dont hardly give u chicken I mean I got a little Chicken with My Bread for the 5 minis called ahead 30 mins early and got there seen people order the same thing in front of me and got theres b4 mine also only reason I went inside was because no one awnsered at the drive-thru Window .... see the picture my pinky Finger is bigger than the Crust of bread that's supposed to be chicken ... very disappointed I will get food else where but what's bad is in the past I would have rated this place 5 stars but not now... added another picture went to guve another chance today 11/10/2023 got 5 minis chicken was normal this time but the Garlic Spread and toasted Bread that usually comes with it wasnt toasted or any garlic was added to the bread

Stopped in for lunch on my break. Ordered a simple pita plate with fries and a drink. Didn't ask for anything special. Sat there and waited almost 10 minutes while everyone that came after me was served their food. When mine was finally ready, it was wrong. Didn't have the topping it was supposed to come with. Returned it to the counter only to wait another 10 minutes for the replacement. Fries were cold and I had to go back to work. Cashier didn't care one bit that my food was wrong and they wasted my lunch break.
