? There is a water bucket that has been sitting in the middle of the skating area for over an hour (see photo)
? One of the benches broke, and over half an hour later, a large screw is still sticking out, with NOTHING to warn customers of the danger (see photo)
?A different water leak in the roof started dripping water onto the skating area almost an hour ago, and there isn't even a warning sign! Kids are skating through the water, and it's just a matter of time before someone slips and seriously hurts themselves!!

We had a birthday party Saturday,I hosted 40 people and it was awesome,, great friendly service, treated us kindly,, had all our food and drinks ready ,, skating rink was nice and clean ,, great vives music the owner and his family greeted us and checked on us ,,was really nice friendly folsj. and made the party amazing thank you for the wonderful experience for my family and making my girls big day special .and for keeping your facility so fun and nice we will be back.. definitely book a party here it's worth it ?

I’m so upset at myself for not writing this back in May of this year. I think I was just so annoyed & aggravated, I didn’t even think about it. This literally happened to me in MAY!!! As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a pungent smell of mildew and just an old smell. The girl came through spraying air freshener ‍♀️ then quickly noticed No A/C! All My guests were fanning themselves with paper plates. The kids couldn’t enjoy skating bc it was so hot. I had to keep getting refills on coke & sprite bc the kids were going thru it so fast bc it was soooo hot! Not to mention, having to pay for the extra drinks, (which should’ve been free due to the conditions)And it took at least 10 mins just for them to bring it out. They charged me $13 for little Caesar’s pizza that they literally ran across the street to get at the cost of $7. I understand the no outside food policy, but that is just greedy! I was beyond pissed! This place needs to be shut tf down EXPEDITIOUSLY! U mean to tell me this happened to me back in early May & we are almost in October & they still haven’t fixed the air or the other problems? SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

We celebrated my daughter's 7th birthday at Ozone and it was a great time. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it was reasonably priced. We will definitely go back and I highly recommend it.

This place is disgusting, nothing works, nasty bathrooms (door stalls don’t lock), gross rollerskates, warped skating floor, and an all around cloud of depression and filth. They treat guests and parties poorly, while charging an arm and a leg. Avoid at all costs.
