Very family-oriented with a great ambience. Very updated technology for serious bowlers, but friendly enough of an atmosphere for the amateur. Highly recommend getting your family out to shamrock bowling center. Jim P.

My girlfriend and I stopped by to bowl on 03/01/2024 at around 7 pm. Our first issue was with the incredibly unhelpful and unenthusiastic female worker. We were waiting to be helped at the register while she just stared blankly and her demeanor made us feel like a burden when she finally helped. I asked for an hour of bowling, rather than per game. Immediately when we started playing I realized that our lane was messed up. My girlfriend missed every pin on her first throw and the game thought she hit 6 pins? For the rest of the games the game continued to assume we hit 6 every throw. The lane also needed to be hard reset probably every other turn. My girlfriend wanted the rails lifted, so I went and asked the woman at the desk to help. While I asked I also mentioned that our lane was having many problems. She then says something like "I'll send someone to lift the rails, I don't know about fixing the issues though." That quote is not accurate, but equally as useless as what I heard. After receiving no help a new problem arose, our bowling balls getting stuck and not coming back every other throw. At some point I started to look around and I noticed that other players seemed to also be having issues with their lanes. I also noticed about 75% of the way through our games, our screen showed we were listed as per game, rather than per hour. I am not complaining, as we got 3 or 4 games out of it, but that is also not what I asked for. Overall the experience was extremely ghetto and ridiculous. Everything from the useless workers, to the disappointing bowling experience. The money I had to pay for the experience is also insane!
EDIT: 03/17/2024- Me, My family and girlfriend stopped by to bowl, and ironically got lane 5 again (same lane as my previous visit). We were met again with an extremely unenthusiastic female worker (different woman than the last visit). We started to bowl and throughout our rounds we had to request for help as our balls kept getting stuck, and the machine would not spit them out. Each time our lane was announced over the intercom as needing help. Once is fine, but at some point it is just embarrassing. We also went to the arcade where 2 of the machine didn't spit out tickets. The cherry on top was when I went to the bathroom, and my girlfriend also went to the bathroom, and we both came out complaining about how the toilets wouldn't flush. Overall another disappointing trip.

I had a great time at shamrock bowling center. The staff was nice everyone had a great smile and friendly. The food was great and i would most definitely b back.

We really enjoyed ourselves they have cops on premises so there is no worries about trouble. They do have a rule no children without an adult. They said because parents would drop kids off on the weekend and it's just to easy for them to leave with anyone else. So for everyones safety and well being the children under age 16 has to be with an adult. The atmosphere was great they have a bar inside the bowling alley which you can go order some beer and bring it out to the table at bowling alley. They have a game room with several pool tables too which was nice for a change up. There is a jukebox also. Real recommend
