If I could give this place 1000000 stars I would!! I’m VERY picky when it comes to my gyms and I don’t mind paying for higher quality! Before moving here I was a member for years at a private veteran owned gym where there was NO wait for machines and it was a clean beautiful gym with everyone being welcoming and friendly! I was skeptical about anyone measuring up to it. After moving here and trying 3 other gyms, I happened to make a wrong turn and came across this gem!! I immediately turned in and asked for a tour… I was BLOWN away!! Not only is it 24 hrs, BUT the staff is always super friendly! The other members are nice and they have a spa!! I just got my first massage with heather and IT WAS AMAZING!! A little disappointed they don’t offer cupping anymore but everything else about this place makes up for it!!! So glad I found this place!!!

I've been coming here for about 9 months now and have never regretted joining. From all the personal help they offer to the classes, it was been great. The facility is clean and always stocked with nice clean towels and anti-bacterial wipes to clean off the equipment. I have not used the spa but that seems to be a good facility too. It is open 7 days a week but you can sign up for 24 hour access. I have recommended this facility to a number of people. I don't have Silver Sneakers with my insurance but if you do, that is something to check into, it would be no cost to you. Check it out!!!!!

Nice selection of machines. Not crowded as the clientel is elderly. Very peaceful for the same reason. Unfortunately the hospital is closing it on March 24 and sending patrons to the YMCA to cut costs.

Despite difficult circumstances,the staff have made members feel safe! Their cleaning processes exceed any other place I've been to. They have had to supplement FH. in Zhills,Dade City so when we see regular staff it'salwas like a homecoming. Not over crowded & te afterhours access for only a 1xfee of $20.00 gives me greater flexibility.6' distancing,cleaning machine b4& after use ensures further protection. It's the only gym in town I'd go to!

I'm so Happy I found this place, The staff is so Friendly. You walk through the doors and someone is always there saying hello on a first name bases...The staff walks the floor making sure your doing ok, always answering all your questions you have. The classes are amazing. If your looking for a good place to feel comfortable and Welcomed this is the place... 🙂

Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Whenever I need help with a machine, they are always there to help me and the place is always so clean. The group classes are great too! So many different kinds and keep the members happy. I would recommend to everyone!

Extremely friendly and helpfull staff with a wide range of equipment to help you with whatever training program you need for your physical therapy improvement. Legs, back, core, arms, shoulder, neck, hips and others that I might not be aware of. They have personal trainers available for a hourly fee and a staff of trainers that circulate the training area that are happy to answer questions.

Should have never let Theresa go. New girl is nice, but if your looking for a “deep” tissue massage, she unfortunately just doesn’t get it done. I specified exactly the area of focus I was looking for (entire back). The first 20 minutes of my 30 minute massage was spent on my neck and arms. My arms were not an area I asked for, the last 10 minutes of my massage were on my back and very light handed. Will give her another chance, but if it’s the same, this spa has lost my business until they find more massage therapists.
