First time visiting Napoli and ordered a small pizza to go. The bottom of pizza was almost burnt, and it didn't really have any taste. It took longer than expected for the pizza to be ready for pickup, and there was only one small party in the restaurant. I'll probably give them another try when I'm craving pasta, but it's a no-go for pizza in the future for me. Positive note - The staff was friendly and chatted with me while I waited.

Had the Lasagna with a side salad. Salad was icebergs lettuce full of the chunky parts usually not used. Lasagna was hot and ok. Mostly sauce and cheese. Not much pasta in mine. Comes with bread, which I had to ask for when waiter finally checked on me. Waiter used bare hands(big no no) to remove bread from oven I saw from my vantage point. I really hate to leave a neg report, but forced to after this visit. The take out pizza the week before was good. Do better, may return...

Food is amazing, staff is friendly, but the ambiance is terrible. Waiting on delicious food is ok, but waiting in silence is brutal. A little background music would go a long way here, or a small water feature. Anything really. Cant wait to order here again either way.

After placing our order, I got a call from the restaurant who then asked me to hold, for over a minute. After I hung up, I got a call back about 10 minutes later informing me that I had to "just pick another dish because mine wasnt available" (after a few other decision making detils). But, to our surprise, only 2 of the 3 dishes we ordered showed up! When I called the restaurant to ask about our third dish, I was told it "should be there," and when I explained that it wasn't, the young woman on the phone asked a man in the background, who then said "is it the calzone order? Just hang up!"

This was the third attempt with Little Napoli, and it will be the final, as every situation has had a similar scenario. Unfortunate for Wakulla.

I was impressed by the food quality for a hole in the wall restaurant. Do not pass up on the home made bread! The amount of food is great for the price. The food is worth the wait because.

Love this restaurant! Johann makes the most delicious soups, Mediterranean Chicken (my new favorite) and Potato/Cauliflower. Our favorite meals are the Manicotti and Shrimp Alfredo. Also, their pizzas are to die for: Hawaiian, Meat lovers and Veggie. Be sure and check them out!

Caprese salad was awful at best due to low quality ingredients and bland taste. Stromboli was soggy on the bottom. The waitress was very friendly - which was the only good thing. #FoodCritic
