It was great until we tried the pasta…
Came twice: once for lunch and it was fantastic, and the second for dinner.
Tried almost all the appetizers and they are amazing. But once I tried the pasta… there was no way.
It is most likely home made indeed but sorry it is extremely starchy. Please review your pasta dough recipe. The rest is great.
Service was great! I remember Tyler for diner.
One other thing: they started cleaning 1hr before closing time so we got to enjoy the sound of the broom/mop hitting every table and chairs around us while finishing our main courses.
Also Pasta Vongole was basically a bathing in a bowel of salted sea water…

I have had mutiple visits at Acqua and I can definitely each time is amazing like my first! Hailey as bartender is always top notch and always knows when I am ready for another drink never making me wait minutes like other places . Thomas is an awesome server with an amazing personality that makes you feel like you are at home. Angela the general manager is amazing as well all well around an amazing place with great food and great staff and that truly is a big deal!

We really wanted to enjoy this place. Overall, we were relatively disappointed. Based on reviews, we made reservations. When we arrived, around the lunch hour, there was only 1 table seated. The entire place was empty. The hostess/waitress did not look or verify reservation (no big deal, it was dead). However, the reservation asked if you were celebrating anything. We were there for our one year wedding anniversary. No acknowledgment of that (i wasn’t expecting anything but I like when your waiter/res acknowledge these little things). We ordered the arancini and they were really good. Apparently that day it included sausage inside but I couldn’t find it. We both ordered drinks- nice and strong no complaints. As we were still eating our appetizer, the food came out. The carbonara was a let down. It just sorta lacked something. Looking at the reviews, the dish looked amazing. We did not eat dessert. For a coastal Italian we were also let down that there were no seafood dishes on the lunch menu. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The waitress was not personable. A little awkward. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. I hope this review helps the place make adjustments and improve as I know they are new.

First, this is one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve been in. Stunning to me to the point I want to know where they got their wallpaper from because it’s gorgeous. The food was good - great focaccia bread and good pasta dishes all around. The service is what is lacking. I think our waitress may have had too many tables - she seemed super stressed. Our bread did not come out until dinner. One of our orders didn’t get put in and another person’s steak came out rare and when she requested it be cooked to medium it came back very well done.

I will be back for the atmosphere and good food and give the service/steak a second chance. I really don’t think it was our waitresses fault - I think she had too many tables.

I came here with a group for our once a month outing, but I don't think many of our group of 12 will be back. Most of the group had entrees that were either seafood or chicken and all complained that their meals were dry. I started with the Squash Blossom which was delicious but looked different than expected. My entree was Eggplant Parmigiano with Rigatoni and a side of meatballs. The Eggplant was good, but the sauce was just mediocre. I ordered the meatballs because the server claimed they had the best. They weren't even close to being good! Other than the ambiance, which is amazing, our meals were very disappointing for such an expensive restaurant.

I was so impressed with this place. Angela, the bartender, was so friendly and made great drinks too. The only drawback was that they did not have one single ipa (goose island) would be my preference, albeit even in a bottle would be okay. And the food was amazing. We both ordered short ribs and rigatoni. I was reluctant to go here because months ago when we went to the banyan house this place was so crowded it really turned me off. I will go back. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful dinner evening. Thanks Angela.

Acqua Pazza is a fantastic coastal Italian restaurant! The food is authentic and delicious, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The atmosphere is charming and perfect for a night out. Highly recommend for anyone craving great Italian cuisine!

Thomas was very attentive and suggested tasty entrees. Still currently thinking about those meatballs served with whipped ricotta. Ambiance was delightful. Will make a comeback.
