I used to love Newk’s, but it seems they have minimized the amount of salad ingredients. If price is the deal breaker, I’d rather have the salad they used to serve (which left you full) and just pay more. Skimping on lettuce and meat is not what I expect or accept.
And…I miss their salad side condiments on the round table. They took them off due to Covid, so not sure why they haven’t replaced them

We always have a pleasant time eating at our local Newk’s. The soup is always warm and filling and the services is very pleasant. We enjoy eating here with our son and always have a great time.

Newks is a pretty cozy place to dine with a bit of a down home atmosphere. The staff is friendly and hard working. The managers are the highlight in my opinion. Victoria is just a doll and runs everything efficiently and she handles everything from the ground up with or without help. Even on hard days she gets it done and has a rapport with the customers and regulars who, like anyone who gets to know her, just loves her.

Casual eatery offering lite options, including salads, sandwiches, soups, and even pizza.

Gave the BBQ Chicken Pizza a try.
It was okay. The flavor wasn’t robust.
The melted cheese was the highlight of the whole pie.
Felt like I was skimped on the chicken.
Presentation was descent.
It looked about as good as it tasted.
Average, with more to be desired.

I’d consider going back in order to try out a sandwich. But aside from that I wasn’t impressed.

Clean restaurant, food was good quality and tasted so fresh. Service was super fast and you can use and gain rewards easily in the app. Plenty of seating and good options for menu pairings with the price paid per person.
