The card selection here can’t be beat. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because the prices aren’t great. Sometimes double market price on rare occasions and not very well scaled for condition. You’re paying more here for the convenience. But they’ll always refund you if you don’t like the card.

Awesome store. Bought my pokemon singles on a kiosk and watched people play MTG while I waited, very chill atmosphere. The guy who brought my cards up made sure they were what I ordered and in good condition

Crazy amount of Magic the Gathering in stock. The staff were very kind to my 13 year old son. They have a great system for looking up and ordering Magic cards on one of their computers. It only took minutes to get a stack of cards that Cooper wanted. They also gave him a very good store credit for one of his unwanted cards.

Went to the store to play Lorcana tournament because they advertised a $10 entry with a pack (see photo). But after paying i asked for my pack and was told they can't honor that at the Winter Park location (eventhough it is advertised on the the Winter Park locations page). Ask for a refund which they did. But this is not ok. I could of played at one of the many other stores which I will do in the future

Vibes are terrible, everything is priced over market and they dont negotiate. Even their own employees hate working here.
