Pump It Up exceeded my expectations! From the minute I walked up to check in, birthday cake in hand, they greeted me at the door and helped us unload our party supplies. The host we were assigned was incredible and made my son feel so special in his 4th birthday. To say that they handled everything is an understatement. My son and his friends had a blast, and mom and dad were happy to enjoy the party too. Highly recommend.

I’m not sorry to be writing this review. I can’t believe a company like this is in business. We had to postpone our party because our son got admitted to the hospital. There’s nothing we could’ve done to go on with the party. It’s not like we did it on purpose. We asked if we could choose a future date, and after talking with three different people, including a supervisor, the end result was us having to pay an ADDITIONAL $100 to reschedule on top of the $200 deposit we had already put down. Really? Wow. Talk about having zero empathy and zero customer service. Their food is also terrible. We had gone to a party a few weeks ago and it was Subway sandwiches and Papa John’s pizza. When we had originally booked, they said it was Mountain Mike’s pizza, which is better than Papa John’s in my opinion. We were deceived because they had changed it a month ago and we had no idea. They also upcharge up the butt for the food. $400 for Subway sandwiches and Papa John’s pizza? Seriously? They should get better food options. They also charge you for bringing kids juices. They also charge you $75 per tray if you bring your own food. We ended up booking a place a minute away to have our dinner instead, and they were super nice and accommodating. They also didn’t charge us a dime for canceling on them a few days prior because our son got admitted to the hospital. If you haven’t caught the drift yet, these people nickel and dime for everything. We plan on never coming back here again, and we plan on forfeiting our $200. We regret booking this place. If you are planning on booking your party here, please reconsider and book elsewhere. This place is not worth it.

Pump It Up staff did a wonderful job with hosting my son’s birthday party. His friends had a great time playing in the different rooms. I also asked the staff to take photos during the party. The photos came out nice.

We hosted our daughter’s 5th birthday here and will definitely be hosting our other kids birthdays here in the future. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience so easy and wonderful that we could actually enjoy the party. I would recommend to anyone who is interested in hosting a child’s birthday party.

We were supposed to have my kids 5th birthday party here. My son was admitted to the hospital two days before his party. I emailed them to ask if we could reschedule. They said we could, but there was $100 rescheduling fee. I couldn't believe their cold hearted response, so I called back and spoke to a supervisor. He echoed the same response that there would be a $100 rescheduling fee and he was simply enforcing the rules, but he would ask the owner to see if an exception could be made. I received a response later that day, and he was more empathetic than whoever responded to my email the first time around, but the follow up email from him was still a no after speaking to the owner. We decided that we would no longer be spending any additional money (forfeiting our $200 deposit) to a place that runs this way and will be letting all of our friends and family to think twice about having any birthday parties here. We were at a birthday party and few weeks prior and not impressed with their facilities. The equipment is old, has holes in the jump houses, and the 2nd room is super cramped and makes you feel claustrophobic. We also felt pretty rushed in the party room. Also, they basically force you to buy their overpriced pizza (Papa Johns) and sandwiches (Subway). If you want to bring your own food, they charge you $75 per tray and $20 to bring in kids drinks? If you want a place that will nickel and dime you and has zero empathy for any situation that you might encounter, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away!
