We were told a week before our trip to that our rental house would not be ready ! (train tickets purchased , work cancelled, animals boarded, cars packed,) PANIC!
The people at Beach House Realty couldn’t have been nicer when we talked and I was upset about the problem. Within a day they found us another house, the same size and with a pool and a similar distance to the beach! Vacation restored! The location wasn’t where we usually stay but it worked out to be a bonus ! The beach was beautiful and the weather warm and sunny! The house was large and so nice with bathrooms attached to every room! Lots of space for us all! With 10people including a baby and 3 senior citizens, the stairs were a little much, but we did buy gates for the baby and the seniors stayed in the two rooms on the main floor! We cooked most of the time and would have appreciated some more silverware and Tupperware. The extra drink frig was a great thing for all the extras and kept the kids out of the main frig! The ice maker a little slow , but circle K next door was convenient for grabbing a bag! It was a great week and I so appreciate the staff at Beach House Realty for all their help with anything we asked them .

Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in the beautiful Summer Sunset home!! From the time we all arrived until the last second we had to leave, it was an absolute joy for me, my 3 daughters and their husbands and my 7 Grand children!! I cannot come up with a thing we had issues with and the location is the best on the Island. We most of all, appreciated all the work you did to get this beautiful home ready for us to stay in after the Hurricanes. WOW!! See you next year!!!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving vacation in Summer House. All the family: grandmother, 4 adult children and spouses, and 7 grandchildren enjoyed it. There was plenty of space for all, easy walk to beach, big pool with waterfall and slide, foosball, and ping pong and pool tables. You could tell the property managers and owners had worked hard to get it ready after the hurricane. It is next to a lumber yard but with all the fun distractions we barely noticed it. We couldn't have had a better time.

We had an excellent time at A Ray of Sunshine on Chilson. The house is great, everybody enjoyed sitting in/by the pool reading all day. We had an slow shower drain and it was addressed as soon as possible. The thing we enjoy most about this house is the boat ramp into the canal. No fooling around with a dock and figuring out how to get into a kayak safely; just push your kayak down the ramp, sit down and float away. there were 4 of us (6 one day when cousins visited) and there was plenty of room for everybody.

Just returned from our trip to Anna Maria yesterday and we had an incredible experience with Beach House Real Estate. From start to finish the entire process was easy to book, complete forms, pay, arrive, and depart. The rental cost for the beachfront house we stayed in was so reasonable that I actually thought it could be a fake listing (it was not!). Beach House Real Estate was overall above and beyond any rental agency we have worked with when visiting Anna Maria. Just like Beach House said that they would, they called us to let us know that the rental home was ready early and we could arrive before 4PM. The information made it very clear what amenities the house would have, but we found the home was equipped with more (for example, hand soaps, TP, toiletries, small collection of pool floats/noodles, some beach toys, etc.). The extra's may be small things, but we have not see ANYTHING extra in houses we have stayed in previously. The house was beautiful, clean, and better than the pictures showed! We had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well equipped with basics you need (we do quite a bit of cooking, and we had everything we could possibly need). We made use of several of the businesses recommended by Beach House, and they all served us well. Great experience from start to finish, and we are already looking to plan another trip!

We loved our stay. Great location, beautiful views on the roof. Great space. Easy and short walk to the beach. Beach was very "shelly" not the powdery sand so it was fun for the kids to look for shells. The pool and hot tub were great. We had plenty of beach towels for everyone too! They had lots of beach chairs and a tent to use. The elevator was convenient as well to carry up groceries and luggage.

My family and I had a fantastic vacation on Anna Maria Island. The House was just as described. All the rooms were clean and decorated so BEACHY! The pool was large and clean. I would definitely stay there again!
The Beach House Real Estate company was a delight to work with.

Wir konnten unsere Reise leider wegen Zerstörungen durch die Hurricane Helen und Milton nicht antreten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jedoch immer großartig. Schnell und freundlich, ohne zu zögern wurden uns komplett alle Kosten erstattet. Wir hatten 2023 Das Nachbarhaus über einen anderen Vermieter gebucht. Das war eine viel schlechtere Erfahrung.

Wir werden AMI hoffentlich bald wieder besuchen können und definitiv wieder bei Beach House Rentals buchen.
