Horrible experience! Screens for the lanes broken. All the pins would never be reset always missed 1-5, told the working and he didn’t understand. Had to sit there and keep explaining till he was like oh I can’t fix that, only had 2 items that were on the menu, vending machine empty, bucket in the men’s room for a urinal, and ac not working properly!

The alley has older scorekeepers but they work just fine, the ball returns are fast and the lanes seem to be fine although I'm not much of a bowler. They were very nice in extending our time so we could finish our last game. I look forward to checking out the different options for bowling there but they seem to be affordable when we went.

Do yourself a favor and don't bother! They didn't have the A/C on until more people came in. We bought an arcade card after bowling and they warned us many of the games were not working. The ones that were on took our credits and did not let us play. When we went to redeem our tickets we earned, they informed us their ticket system was not up and running. It looks like the rats had no problem redeeming their tickets when you looked at the half eaten candy in the display. Go elsewhere for fun or just stay home.

We live in Saint Augustine that being said when we first pulled up to Putnam Lanes we really didn't know what we were in for. It's cleaner on the inside than ours. It has a lot of lanes and the bowling returns are not duck taped together. The tables are fantastic where you sit to wait your turn. Right now they are redoing the inside area where all the games are. They also have a shop that sells bowling supplies....balls and all. Very nice surprise Putnam Lanes... AWESOME.

They need to update their online information. We just walked in to be told we couldn't bowl because it is league night. I got off work early in Gainesville rushed to Palatka to pick up my nieces and have a bowling night just to be refused the option. With all the effort I put in to have this night and then to just have it ruined and in a town that doesn't have a replacement family activity.

Excellent place. My fiance and I came from Blue Ridge Georgia to visit my Best friend of 25 years. She brought us to your establishment and we had the best time. Between the friendly, safe staff to the Fun enjoyable environment it was a Great time. For the Drinkers they do serve alcohol so Please obey the rules and read the restrictions before going inside. It's a place trying to make it Fun and Safe for All.
