This was the first time we had a birthday party in a public place for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Sophie was wonderful! She was very attentive and worked great with all the kids at our party. She calculated our total to get us the best possible discount (membership discount versus monthly special). We will definitely be back for birthday parties in the future!

Common sense has no place here, apparently. Kids went here with my wife. To avoid the germs associated with drinking fountains, we packed water bottles for the kids. They were told they couldn’t have their waters because they couldn’t regulate what was in them. Fair. But there was no option to dump them and fill them there or to just dump them- she had to physically remove the bottles and take them to the car. It’s kids under the age of 10- do you think we are bringing in liquor?

I was there once with the kids- no plans on jumping- and couldn’t bring my coffee inside because they sell coffee- I can guarantee you that what they sell can’t be legally considered coffee. They already charge a small fortune to get in- I don’t see how a cup of coffee and a couple of water bottles is going to disrupt their business. It’s just a power trip for these people.

After talking with my wife- the biggest issue was the way the staff addressed her- multiple employees descended upon her at once like she was guilty of something more egregious than a few water bottles for some 8 and under kids. I get the policy- I’ve worked in jobs where there are similar policies- you have to read the situation and understand when and where a policy makes sense. A stressed adult with multiple young kids is not a situation that calls for a witch trial. That is a far different situation than a car full of teenagers/young adults pulling up walking in with bottles. If this is truly a policy you enforce with no wiggle room, then I can’t imagine how you handle a mom that has to give an infant a bottle.

Really cool place. Clean, smelled good, lots of bounce for the kids. Restrooms clean. Easy to pay and get going. Lots of seating for parents upstairs. Could use more seating on the floor for parents. Arcade was nice. Fun place when its cold or too hot outside.

Our experience here was amazing. Plenty of staff to make sure no one is hurt. Place smelled very sanitized and clean upon entering?restrooms are clean. Jump areas looked well maintained and in tack!!

Don't go on a Saturday. The older kids take over everything. It makes it harder for the younger kids to get to play safely. Payed for 2 hours,was there for 35 minutes and my Grandson got hurt. Ask for the money back for the time we didn't get to play. They said no,but we could leave at anytime. Didn't even offer to give a refund for another day. Don't recommend. Go to Peoria instead.

Amazing place to bring your family and friends. The atmosphere when they have the lights of and the special effects lights on is amazing the kids love it. It's also the cleanest business I have been to in a long time, you can tell the owners actually care. You should definitely stop by there and check it out.
