Muy buenos juegos, la atención del staff del snackarea es súper cálido.
Me gustaría un área mayor para los niños menores de 5 años que incluya canastas para básquet ball

A large indoor playground with a lot for kids to do. It is very reasonably priced. They have 4 large trampolines, several indoor playgrounds, a toddler area, a basketball area, a room with a large inflatable castle (which was not currently open) and a snack bar area (which was also not currently open). The kids played for hours and had a wonderful time. The one area for improvement is that they need to clean their floors, which did appear to be pretty dirty. The rest of the facility is in good condition and the playground equipment is in very good condition.

One star is not enough. You don't deserve it at all. If I were an American citizen, this despicable employee would not do to me what he did today. My friend and I were in the play area with our children and the employee came to say we were closed and we said ok and we will leave now. Then she left. One of the employees turned off the lights everywhere. I can't really see my child because there is not even a little light at the far end of the play area, and 4 children started crying because they couldn't see anything in the dark. This happened at 5:03. I reprimanded the despicable employee and he says he's sorry and... Really sarcastic, where should I go? Sorry, haha, a ridiculous man and a despicable place. I will not return and I do not advise anyone to deal with this place. If I were an American woman, you would not be able to treat me with such a despicable attitude/their morals are very bad. And they use sorry everywhere after they make mistakes..

Oh I forgot to tell the person in charge of that, the place is not clean under the trampoline especially there is dirt and hair that looks like a dog, actually I have only visited the place about three times and every time my daughter goes down the stairs of the trampoline and I help her notice the dirt under the trampoline, I forgot to take some pictures oh my good luck with me, in addition to visiting the place for the second time, my husband's car was late to arrive due to the suffocating crisis and it needed 10 minutes, the two employees closed the place at about 5:30 they were really nice and I was waiting for my husband and close to the outside of the place and it was raining at that time and they asked me if I wanted help because I was standing waiting for my husband to come I thank them for asking me and checking the place well even if it needed more time from them to leave late.. When you are responsible for a place for children this is a big responsibility that requires you to be patient and not turn off the lights and hear the children crying because they did not see the light.

I'm glad my daughter enjoyed her party because front desk help was the rudest customer service person I've ever encountered. You always hear about those who experience attitudes and such but yikes this lady was on one the moment the young lady with no voice tried explaining to me something I just didn't understand. So as a parent paying 400 I just had questions. This same woman called and confirmed all party info Friday. I got there at 1240 she told me woah you're early for a party that started at 1 yet already explained to me Friday how i should be 15 minutes early to set up my room. So as I walk to the desk and begin to ask she resorts to you got an email what does it say well you should read. I had a party at the Mason's location and I knew everything some changes but no big deal and I just wanted clarification. When trying to speak to her she continues to talk over me and raise her voice. I'm not her child and I wasn't being mean nor disrespectful I was trying to be understood and have some clarity. Clearly I'm probably a frequent flyer if I keep saying I loved it before and my son had a party here. All she kept chanting is rules and we gon abide by those. Ma'am what are you hooting about. My child's father is listening to this lady be nasty and then turn around and run to the staffing to discuss our encounter as if I was in the wrong and not watching her wondering why i was treated terribly for having questions. I stayed as calm as I possibly could while having someone want to be heard vs helping a paying customer.. Then when I tell the young lady, my party host, by no means was I mad I just needed clarification she understood. She said yeah we all stand clear of her because of her approach, demeanor, and nobody likes her. She then gave me the person over her and owners name because even she seen it wasn't me. That says a lot as someone who has held management roles as well as deals with sick and sometimes rude people in an ER. Why couldn't she answer what i was asking? Then to keep telling me about rules I followed and what time does my email say after telling me multiple times my party is at 130. It was at 1. I just didn't feel the best was put forward maybe this just wasn't her day and that's okay but I didn't get the same feeling like I did leaving Mason's location and it all could of been handled in a children's place differently especially when i was kind. The other staff though..... 5 stars for sure the owners son and my party host were AMAZING super sweet and understanding. The son of the owner pretty cool kid and kept apolozing but i get it today wasn't her day. My kids enjoyed themselves and so did the party guests. It was as clean as you need it to be. A bit warm but maybe I needed to shed some weight anyway ?. They will still keep me as a customer maybe just not as frequent.

I used to go all the time was a nice place and nice guest. Went today and there seemed to be a tribe of moms. My 4 year old is autistic and runs around well
She ran around some of the kids and the moms spoke very loudly about my child on how she was out of control. Felt very out of place there. I won’t be returning.

Great indoor place to take your kids for 12 bucks a piece. Tons of play equipment, a toddler area (love to see it), and many, maybe the coolest, blow up slides and trampolines in Cincinnati. They have water and chips, not much in the way for food, which isn't super important, but your kids will be tired, thirsty and hungry after playing here. Soo many trampolines, slides, swings, and more (even basketball hoops). So glad I went, and will be going back. Staff was friendly as well. Careful of that one slide that goes down into a padded pole, that made me nervous.

Play areas were ok. The inflatable areas were nice. Down sides: cannot bring in drinks
Or snacks and the Vending machines were down, can only order pizza from papa Johns through them and they up charge for it, 3.50 for a small tub of cotton candy etc

Fantastic place to bring the kids to play. Lots of space, inflatables, playground equipment, and trampolines! Three downsides though, bathrooms were in dire need of cleaning and supplies, the only food/drink you could get there was from a vending machine (unless you ordered papa John's) and they have a $50 fee for cleaning up your kid's vomit. But honestly, my favorite indoor play space so far in both Hamilton and Butler counties!
