Martin and Zack are incredible baseball coaches who are truly dedicated to developing female baseball players. Coach Martin has been instrumental in improving our daughter’s hitting, while Coach Zack has helped refine her pitching with unique and effective techniques. My son has been training at 312 for over a year now. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. I have seen the growth not only in his performance but mentally as well. The coaching staff is amazing and so knowledgeable. They are so easy to talk to and are always open to discuss any concerns. I 100% recommend 312 Baseball Lab to any parent who wants to bring out the best in their kid. Coach Martin and Coach Zach are awesome baseball trainers. I started taking my son to Coach Martin for hitting lessons over a year ago, I saw the results reflected on the field. Coach Zach also has the knowledge to make each player a better pitcher. Their trainings not only focus on
player development, but also creating a great work ethic to become the best version of themselves. They truly care for the development of each player on and off the baseball field.

Trained with Coach Martin and it was a phenomenal experience. The lab is a great size with room for multiple drills such as fielding, catching, hitting and pitching. My son worked on fielding techniques. Coach Martin took his time to work on movement drills, used recording to show development areas and progression throughout session.
